Fantastic Villa, great pool.

Lovely villa, staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location, less than 10 minute walk to our favourite breakfast in the Spinnaker and to the strip. Very well laid out with plenty of sun loungers, large pool, spacious sofa, cleaners every 2nd day. Patio/pool area gets the sun from 7am to 5pm, welcome pack including wine, fruit, bread, butter, coffee, tea etc was fantastic as were the lovely chocolates. Quiet area and very relaxing. Elisa and Iria were very helpful with ordering and reordering taxis to the airport, they went above and beyond, thank you!

Truly a great villa, very minor issues which did not detract from our experience were that a few little insects appeared in kitchen and upstairs but were easily removed with wet tissue and while the shower was lovely, a small shelf inside the cubicle for shampoo, body wash etc would be great.

Nicest villa ive been to

I loved that we got a welcome package such as a bottle.of wine and water and bread and snacks to get us by from.only landing. I didnt know the cleaners come every 2days and changed the towels so i didnt need to wash them. Theres an iron, hairdryer, washing mahine, dishwasher loads of stuff you need is there. Its 100 times nicer than the pictures

The pool is freezing in the winter but thats only thing.

Very strange behaviour by Villa Elena management after a serious crime at the property

We had laptops, passports, cash, car keys and other valuables stolen from our bedroom while we slept on our first night in the property. We don't believe we left any door or window unlocked. We believe the thieves knew that they would be able to enter the property. Villa management behaved in a very odd way, refusing to come to inspect the property for 11 hours after the alarm was raised. The safe in Villa Elena was broken and unusable.

Really enjoyed it, the company was brilliant. I would definitely stay there again

It was very professional and lovely, towels were changed every other day. Pool man came and cleaned unheated pool. Anything went wrong they came and fixed it immediately. Very nice people, great outside table for eating. Really close to the supermarket and there is a lovely pizzeria just down the road

Wifi not brilliant upstairs, I would have preferred a heated pool but that is preference. TV - I would have preferred a little larger.

The Perfect Home away from home

This Villa was perfect in every way. From the location to shops and strip all within walking distance.The Villa itself was perfect. Spotless clean,everything you could need and then to top it off a beautiful pool area.

Villa was very modern , cleaners and pool cleaner every 2 days , was very well kept , always clean towels and towels for tge pool beds . Lots of space in the villa , pool was a good size

The villa was a distance from the beach and shops if walking , if walking with kidsor an older person its up a hill and could be tough , apart from that nothing not to like

this was our second stay at Villa Elena and we will definitely be back again.

the location was perfect... just a 5 or 10 min walk to the main strip but far enough away to not hear any noise and have a bit of peace

Beautiful Villa, spacious, modern, spotlessly clean

Beautiful villa, very spacious, very clean, cleaners came every day and pool cleaner also. Lovely touches like welcome pack with bread, milk, wine and biscuits etc also a large bowl of fruit. Great value for money, first time staying in a villa, there was 5 of us and we did not feel cramped. Collected keys at different location but they paid for a taxi to bring us all to the villa about 3 minutes away. About 8 min walk to beach, taxis very cheap in Lanzarote. Took bus to Costa Teguise 6 Euro return.

There was nothing we didn’t like, all was perfect

nice villa but no point in the pool can’t use it too cold

luxurious outdoor living area but the pool is a waste of space as it is not heated it’s just too cold no matter the weather, heated pools are 26,28 degrees & comfortable to get into all year round. gorgeous villa but beds not so comfy need new mattresses. Great area for both shops & local restaurants

Overall we liked this villa but with a few negatives. Every day we were disturbed by either the pool man coming in or by cleaners. They let themselves directly into the pool area with a key so we didn’t feel we had any privacy at any given time. There was a distinctive hole in one of the bath towels. The upstairs bathroom door was very tight on the floor and a terrible screechy noisy to close, so was the downstairs bedroom door. Picking up the key was unnecessarily painful and could have been handled much more practically by the owners. We had to go to another apartment complex to pick up the key, with our cases, which was a 15min walk away from the villa. We were offered a complementary taxi to the villa, but that didn’t take away the inconvenience we faced on arrival. The villa had a drop box to return the key so why this method was not available for picking up the key is unclear. The oven settings had worn off so it was not easy to use. The safe box did not work, it did not lock properly so we had nowhere to store our passports, money, valuables etc. The water tank does not store enough water for six people to shower consecutively. Only four people max can shower at any one time, despite the villa being advertised for six people.

Excellent villa

This was our first time trying a villa and it was great. Rooms are good size, two good sized bathrooms ,nice touch on arrival with some essentials to get you going bread, milk, water and a welcome gift of bottle of wine. Having some English speaking TV was bonus too as we did not eat out every nite so it was nice to watch TV. The privacy was good too, no noise from surrounding buildings as we had an elderly family member with us and it made them more comfortable. The villa and pool were cleaned regularly and staff came at respectable time not first thing in morning .

Fantastic villa in a great location.

Villa Elena is an exceptional place to stay.Full of wide open spaces, the outdoor terracing and pool are luxurious. The villa itself is 10 out of 10, very clean with a fully kitted out kitchen. All the staff where kind and courteous. Highly recommended

Relaxing and very pleasant stay at Villa Elena

Spacious inside and out. Comfy sunbeds. Facilities great, eg. washing machine, clothes airers, iron and ironing board (if needed)! Modern furnishings. Fantastic welcome pack of coffee, sugar, milk, orange juice, water and hot chocolate. Also provided with a large bowl of apples, oranges and bananas and I almost forgot the bread! A great stay in a lovely villa!

Lack of work surface in kitchen if you intend cooking for more than 2 people! A fair walk from the seafront up a long steep hill.

Great Villa

Location and facilities were great. Modern villa with everything you’d need.

The settings on the oven had worn off which made it difficult to use. The biggest drawback was the pool- if it had been heated then the stay would have been perfect. Wouldn’t book a villa without a heated pool again as despite high temps, pool doesn’t heat up.

Lovely Villa

Loved everything about the villa decorated well with all nice modern furniture. Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room for all our clothes etc. Cleaners came everyday and plenty of clean towels. Location was great nice quiet area but not far from everything. It was lovely to get a welcome pack of all the essentials and a nice bottle of wine. Hair dryers in each bathroom was handy having two teenage girls. Home from home with washing machine and dishwasher. Any problems we're quickly sorted out by Pedro. Best place we've stayed in Lanzarote and will be back again, highly recommend!

The only thing was the pool not being heated, but we still used it everyday. Just a little bit chilly but was lovely and clean. Pool man came most days and it was nice and private too.

Exceptional

Beautiful clean, amazing villa, pool and cooking area fabulous. What a brilliant place, said with my 70 year old mother and my 2 sons. Location great, but my Mum took Taxi back to Villa at the cost of €3 or 4 super cheap. Staff friendly supermarkets within 5 minutes from Villa.
