Piscina, a vista e áreas exteriores muito boas. A limpeza da cozinha deixou a desejar.

Localização, áreas exteriores e vista excecionais.

Os equipamentos da cozinha estavam extremamente sujos. O preço por quarto/noite está ao nível de um hotel, mas a cozinha deixou muito a desejar. Desde talheres sujos ainda com restos de comida nas gavetas, até ao forno que tinha restos de comida da ultima utilização.

Amazing views, a good facility, good location, nice owners (but not luxury)

This is an amazing location, close to the entrance to the Geres Park and with stunning views over the lake. We could have spent hours - and we did - just sitting on the terrace looking at the view. The pool is great. Sitting room and kitchen also good. The hosts were helpful and responsive - their home backs onto the garden of the property, but they left us completely alone except when we needed help. The neighbourhood was quiet during the week, though very busy at the weekend. There is a small Continente store 5 mins walk away, but a large and good Pingo Doce is only 15 minutes drive.

The picture makes it look as though you have a 2-storey villa but you only have the top floor - the bottom is kept for the owners' own use. The bedrooms are all quite small and a couple of the bathrooms are tiny. The villa has a fly problem - there were about ten when we arrived and it was a continual battle to get rid of them through the week - the owner cleaned the pool for ages every morning, but there were plenty back in the water by the evening The air-con in the bedrooms is a bit noisy The price, at over £1,700 for a week (with a week minumum stay) seemed a little high - maybe 20% overpriced for what is a relatively basic "holiday home," albeit with 4 bedrooms and amazing views. Then again, there are very few competitors on Booking or other international sites, so fair enough if this is the only one available.

- 4 bathrooms - pool is cleaned every morning by the house owners - a lot - dishwasher

- Had to wait 5 minutes for hot water in the showers - normally we had to pay cash at the check-out but the people weren’t there when we checked out en didn’t even answer the phone.
