Very good

Friendly staff. The room had a good size so two suitcases could be opened without lying in the way. The room was clean and equipped with a washing machine which also was a dryer, a microwave, some cuttlery and few utilities to cook which we did not use. The hotel is located quite conveniently close to a train and a subway station. Many busses stop near the hotel as well. There is a cu convenience store located in the same building.

The room photos on the internet and reality differ a bit, because the room isn`t as modern as it may seem on the photos. But it is still a good deal considering Seoul`s priceness and this hotel`s convenience, size and cleanliness.

Very big apartment and bathroom. Pretty quiet

It was quite warm at every time so I had to turn on the air conditioning or sleep with windows open, but it wasn't such a big deal. Better warm than cold for sure

Practical accommodation in convenient location

Well equipped studio in vicinity; convenient location between Hongdae and city center. Easy to reach from airport.

Sound insulation not too good; student dorm atmosphere.

good location, friendly staff, a bit pricey for the facility quality.

the location is perfect, very convenient. the staffs are super helpful.

the bidet in our room is not working and we actually booked this room in hoping to have this facility. when we asked if it can be fixed or changed the room, the owner said they can’t sue to other rooms are fully booked. the toilet was clogged for one day but they did fix this problem for us.

Spacious and convenient

It was quiet, but next to two stations which were 30 minute rides from metropolitan places like Hongdae, Myeongdong, and Insa-dong. There were also many restaurants nearby.

The bathroom didn’t look like it was cleaned before in the shower and our sheets had stains when we first came.

Nice, spacious room, true to description, kind, helpful staff. Good location, close to many public transport. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I liked this place, but maybe it could be a bit cleaner and some people at the reception could maybe learn a bit more english :)

The room was overall clean, besides the small kitchenette which was a little bit rusty. The AC was working well and I liked how my room was positioned, at the 22nd floor, which gave me a nice view.

At the check-in the staff did not speak English a all and had to translate everything which was a little unexpected since you would expect basic English knowledge in a hotel; however, when I had to check-out the receptionist there knew English which was relieving. Also the front doors are locked from 11 pm t 8 am so in order to access the hotel during that period of time you need to go though the CU convenience store which is connected to the main hall.

A good place with facilities, easy access and no crowd.

It is not as central as some other popular tourist stay spots and it is exactly why I chose it to stay again for the 2nd time. Subway station is nearby and it means you are close to anywhere. At the end of the day, we love to retreat back to the serviced apartment in a tranquil neighborhood with no crowd and yet easy to find food. Besides a mini mart at lobby, there is a 24 hrs restaurant nearby whom we visited twice for midnight supper (amazed how they cooked out so many different delicious dishes, at very affordable prices but with very cafe-style of comfort. The boss even treated us with free top-up side dish on our 2nd visit). The serviced apartment is spacious and staff is super helpful. Not only they recommended us the places to eat and also helped us get 2 taxis to Gimpo Airport using their own mobile phone (Airport limo from Incheon has a stop there but none from Gimpo)! (Slightly less than 20000 Won to Gimpo for a taxi called from mobile app). We also enjoyed walking to/eating at the cluster of eateries from Ewha subway station to Ewha University and the other cluster around Sinchon station (also walkable).
