Hotelet a prop del Taj Majal

La localització a 10 minuts caminant del Taj Majal i la simpatia dels seus treballadors. La piscina es perfecte. També es pot veure al terrat unes bones vistes del monument.

Great location for the Taj Mahal.

It was OK. Had all I needed and great location. Enjoyed my evening meal. Very noisy - at least from the lower floor.

Breakfast wasn’t warm either in terms of food or staff.

No hot water, room quality is so low everything breaks, food is bad. Management is just trash

Not a whole lot

Everything is low quality. No on demand hot water You have to call front desk up Then you keep water running for 15 minutes and after that you get lukewarm water Our room had rotten moist wood The bathroom door handle gave away and came into my hand The main door to the room had its batteries down and so we had to wait outside and have them change the batteries for the door There was leak with basin as water was getting on to the floor . The solution was brilliant. Guy came over and took one of our towels and stuffed it in there. Disgusting! The breakfast sambar had gone bad. This place has an amazing location and yet they are straight up garbage. Probably the worst experience I have had.

Roof top swimming pool, roof top restaurant, super view on Taj Mahal you can have dîner with the view which is top, 10 minutes walking from Taj Mahal, also walk to the river to benefit from the view, Free car parking. Super hôtel. Éric from Paris

Ideal location for visiting the Taj Mahal!

The location of this hotel was fantastic. They also had a great pool and rooftop terrace which we really enjoyed. The in house omelettes were great!

We felt a little unwell after our dinner that night in the hotel restaurant on the rooftop (biryani).

Perfectly located near to the Taj Mahal, quite and short walk, and clean and friendly hotel.

The Staff were all very friendly and welcoming, the hotel was really nice and was brilliant value for money. The Food and Service was also really good, I would definitely stay at this place if i returned to Agra.

Downsides, The shower water spilled in to the rest of the bathroom, the drainage didn't seem to be up to standard. We also went to the rooftop pool to relax, and three young lads came up and started splashing and cannonballing into the pool and making a loads of noise which kind of ruined the option for a relax. ( I appreciate this is not a reflection on the hotel but the guests)

The staff were friendly & helpful. The room was clean & very comfortable. The location was great - only 600 metres from the entrance to the Taj Mahal. Breakfast was included & was very good.

Short walk to the ticket line and the Taj East Gate

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the staff was amazing! From check-in to breakfast to room service to helping with Taj tickets, breaking big bills et cetera. I also liked that they had vegan options for breakfast.

The room was not as clean as I would expect. Window to the outside was filthy as was the big glass wall in the bathroom. The towels were so gross that we had to use our own travel towels that we had thankfully packed. Sheets were stained and torn.

Very easy to access to Taj Mahal (600m, waking distance). Possible to see it from the roof terrace. Buffet style breakfast is easy, quick and good. Supportive for early departure at 5:30AM preparing breakfast package.

Hot water was weak (not hot enough). WiFi very slow and difficult to connect or disconnected.

Overall, it is fine to stay one night for an early morning visit to the Taj Mahal.

+ Easy walking distance to East gate in the morning to beat the crowd. + We had lunch at the restaurant and while service was a little slow at off hours, the butter chicken, egg noodles and naan were good.

- The breakfast spread is way too limited - some paranthas, curd, sandwiches, bread/butter/jam, mango juice/lassi/coffee only, and not much of anything else. - Rooms are large but generally not clean. The fittings in the bathroom are also heavily rusted. The shower head also needs replacement.
