Disappointing and overpriced.

Location is convenient

The room (room 4) was quite small for the price and smelt damp. We were expecting more than this for the price.

Disappointing !

The hotel rooms were vey convenient for my family .Staff were fine .

The room was cold ,there was an oil filled radiator but it took a while to warm up .The shower wasn't hot !it was just warm ! No curtains so it was hard to sleep when the sun was up . The carpets need replacing . There is no breakfast during the week ! In all I felt for £60 per night it was disappointing !

Booked as we were attending Comic Con Liverpool. Pleasantly surprised with a clean spacious room

Staff were extremely helpful and polite. The room was spacious and very clean. Food at the bar was delicious. I was unaware of the live music when booking, but it stopped promptly at 11pm and bar itself closed at 12pm as advertised. This didn't bother us as we're awake till then anyway. After bar closed the area was nice and quiet and we both got a good nights sleep, which is all we were after

Lovely staff and room that was perfect for the 2 of us, would stay again.

It was cosy and perfect for the 2 of us. I liked the fob entry system so we did not disturb people as we were out late. The staff we're very helpful in terms of explaining parking. My favorite little quirk was the information in the room regarding the history of New Brighton. Please note the room was spotless and the shower was nice and powerful!

Silly me didn't realise that when I was booking, Breakfast was not included. Breakfast was lovely and reasonably priced but I did think there could of been 2 bacon and 2 sausage instead of 1 each for the £10 odd. I also think there could potentially be an option to add breakfast on at the time of booking. (I thought I probably missed the option but was advised by the waitress that it never normally is)

Clean and tidy with welcoming staff but a poor nights sleep and cold room, ruined my stay. Sorry.

Upon check in the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and tidy and had a nice comfy bed.

The room was a little cold and even though there was an extra portable heater it took a very long time to heat up the room. Also there was some sort of disturbance at about 1-2am that woke me and then found it difficult to get back to sleep.

Praktisches Hotel an der Küste

Das Zimmer war klein und schlicht, aber sauber, bequem, ruhig und als Pluspunkt war alles da zur Zubereitung von Kaffee und Tee. Die Lage an der Straße war kein Problem, trotzdem ruhig, und in 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß an der Promenade. Jederzeit wieder!

Wer einen Hauch von Luxus oder zumindest ein chices, modernes Badezimmer erwartet, ist hier sicherlich falsch. Es war aber alles sauber und in Ordnung.

I like this place with its easy going atmosphere. Already stayed once before and will return if I am back in New Brighto

The staff is very friendly, and so is the atmosphere. Very convenient location if you have an event at the Floral pavilion. Easy to get food at the hotel.

Highly recommend for stays in New Brighton/Wirral

The room was very warm, perfect for a frosty winter. The free bottles of water was a nice treat alongside the Biscoff biscuits. The shower was spacious so I didn't feel cramped. Plenty of pillows was great as I struggle with back/neck ache at times.

Nothing in particular comes to mind, I would stay here again

Peaceful stay.

Found it a surprisingly enjoyable stay. I came for a family birthday and the Hotel provided a peaceful place to relax. Once in the room the Almost pure bliss with silence gave me a great night's sleep rare for me in strange rooms. I did not use the breakfast/evening meal facilities as I was eating out most days. I also like the view across Mersey looking at the Docks in the evening.

Gem of a place to stay

Cleanliness, friendliness and location. Stayed on a Sunday, bar below serving Sunday lunches, very quiet. Huge room, great for a family.

The room was very spacious and clean. Ample coffee etc. Service at check in was great. I'd definitely stay again as location was great. Bars and coffee shops across the road and in the area. One stop for essential items a few doors away.

The tiny TV tucked in a corner. It doesn't have to be big just pop it on the wall at the foot of the bed so it can be seen. Drainage smell in the bathroom but timed airfreshners would mask it. You can't help drains but you can mask it. Suggestions and not criticism at all.
