Location
The rooms didn’t look like in the pictures, beds were so uncomfortable and the place so small

the man at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly.
it’s so nit picky, but the bathroom was tiny. I think this is common in the area, though

Location, staff,
Noisy neighbours
3.5
What really stood out to me was the staff. They were so incredibly friendly! The cleaning lady was amazing ad well, you felt really welcome. The location was also alright. In addition I liked the kitchen and the free water.
Sadly, the rooms haven‘t got a closet and you get very few, little surfaces where you can put your stuff. So even though you‘re in a hotel, you have to live out of your suitcase. Sometimes it was really loud at night, it seemed as if someone was moving heavy objects. The lamps didn‘t emit a comfortable light and the room was tiny, as well as the bathroom. The bathroom sometimes only had cold water, in addition to the window which you couldn‘t close. As a result, I was FREEZING when I got out of the shower!

Other than the shower was very happy overall!
The hot water only lasted 2 minutes not sure if just bad timing or if it was bad.

Location
Everything else. Horrid bedding, plastic under the bed sheets.. noisy bell that rang throughout the entire building. Every time someone returned (some at 4am) they rang the bell and woke me up.
No hot water. The loo didn’t flush.
If I could be bothered or thought I would get somewhere I would have asked for my money back.. there are lots of nice places to stay in this town.. give this one a miss...

Nice place, good value for price
The staff was not very organized, there was one night the door man was making a lot of noise, in the middle of the night and open the door of our room.. very weird, we thought someone brake in.
