Everything was amazing! Friendly staff amazing amenities and the view is unreal š¤

Resort was beautiful and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Everything does add up, meals and drinks are very pricey. Most of it was fantastic, I only had one meal I didnāt like.
We originally booked a room for 3 adults and the room was definitely too small for that. We also didnāt have soap available even after asking for it.

The hotel is newly refurbished and beautiful in every aspect. We loved everything from the room to the restaurants, and the food was divine. There are a good selection of restaurants and we liked the option of lunch at the clubhouse. The views are breathtaking and you really have to pinch yourself because itās so stunning you donāt think itās real! 4 days was a good amount of time here to relax and enjoy the facilities. Lots of activity choices.
Itās currently undergoing refurbishment, so whilst there is a pop up āspaā this is only for treatments and no sauna etc. as such, we thought it was a bit misleading. Good variety for breakfast and dinner, but lunch choices are a bit limited for healthy snacks. We had to ask several times for our coffee and cups to be replaced in the room - maybe a few teething issues with staff training. However overall we enjoyed our experience and would recommend for a short break to relax and enjoy the views.

The resort is a great getaway for couples who want to just relax and enjoy nature. Breakfast was amazing with great views. Food in general at all the restaurants was great as well. There are a lot of activities to do but they come with a very high price tag.
There is no salon, no convenience store, no pharmacy, and not many options around the resort considering the location. If you want to leave the resort the taxi will cost a fortune to take you anywhere and back. They have to book the taxi service through their partnership with the taxi company. They should have a free shuttle to take you to the city and back as part of the resort, like every other 5 star resort.
The activities available were super expensive and quite frankly does not make sense when you're already spending minimum 1000+ euro a night.
There aren't many restaurants on the resort so you'll run out of options very quickly.
There was only 1 masseuse available and only a male masseuse with no option for a female masseuse which is absolutely ridiculous considering this is a 5-star resort.
The indoor pool is under construction so didn't have a chance to enjoy that.
Reception and concierge take their sweet time responding to your requests and always ask you to come to sign documents for activities in person or they "Can't confirm" it. Again, poor service.
We do not recommend staying here for more than a weekend considering that the resort is very limiting.

A really beautiful property with stunning views.
We werenāt told in advance that there was building work going on and that the pools and spa were closed during our stay. I probably would have chosen to stay elsewhere had I have known.

The hotel was beautiful and the views were incredible. The staff were super helpful and always on hand if needed in the main reception.
The pool staff were extremely friendly and the pool was well kept. Rooms were really clean and well stocked.
The food at the Rosamarino restaurant could be better, the pizza & pasta was bland and expensive for what it was. The food at the new restaurant in the hotel was much better.
Activities were extremely expensive and Iām not sure Iād say worth it. ā¬80 for 1 hour Padel hire was a bit ridiculous and something like a sport should be included in the cost, as it is getting people active. Also ā¬120 for e bikes, also ridiculous. We loved the wine tasting. We would have also done a lot more activities had they not been so expensive. Coming from London where things are always expensive and finding these costs even more than they would be in london.
wifi didnāt work on second floor.

The views were spectacular, food was great and staff were friendly.
We didn't realize that the spa wouldn't be open, which is strange that they charge full price considering this is a main reason for bookinv. I only realized this a few days before when I emailed them to book a treatment. They had a pop up but no massages were left to book so it was quite limiting. There was also a lot of construction happening at the property. It rained a lot so the outdoor facilities were limited (out of their control) so we decided to stay inside at the lobby bar but they were also assembling furniture which made it quite noisy and unenjoyable and there was literally no where else we could go to sit and relax. There were also only 3 restaurants open so it also felt quite limiting. I'm sure it's lovely during a regular season but we felt a bit short changed given the prices we paid, thinking everything was available.

The rooms with a view look upon the idyllic Tuscan rolling hills which are embued with sunshine and golden rays when its sunset
The events and experiences we managed to book were indeed very well conducted and interesting
All 3 pools, indoor and out were not in service or being renovated still
The spa was also only a replacement pop up version whilst the main spa was still being renovated, and so had very little availability and was indeed full most of the time
Also the events and excursions were interesting but some required at least 24 hour booking so this should be noted so clients understand

Beautiful landscape, you can see amazing sunset on the lounge chairs in the garden.. amazing. Great breakfast and staff at the breakfast we liked a lot, always tried to help with any requests, great products, big variations. Stuff at the reception and at the door was helpful and friendly always. Prestige Room was big, but I would book next time room with beautiful views on valley. Housekeeping works great, we liked turndown service with tasty almond candies) kids area outside was small but good, with rabbits. Swimming pool was great, big inside and outside. Yoga with Patrick every morning was the best beginning of the day! Hotel is new and everything look fresh and stylish. Can't wait to stay in new season and see what's extra will be added in such a beautiful hotel from April.
The price for extra activities was astronomical, too high, it would be nice to do many things but for example fishing 300eur per person or cheese making 190eur per person just really high.. wifi on the 3d floor work 30% of time, every 3 min was on and off.. signage around hotel could be much better. I would like Concierge service people gives more information and advertising about what to do at the property and with extra activities at the hotel and in the area.. kids area beautiful but could be bigger outside for this size of the hotel.

Everything. Holy smokes. This was by far the best experience we had in our entire 2 week trip in Italy. The pool was excellent. The food was TOP RATE at all of their restaurants. The staff was excellent and accommodating. Can't overstate how wonderful this place was.
We came in early October, so the little town with the shops wasn't as vibrant or lively as we would have wanted. Not a big deal since so many nice towns are nearby though.

service very poor for the price you pay !! from the morning breakfast to the evening restaurant , so not what you expect from a 5* resort, The worst the restaurant il ā il rosmarinoā .but even the superior room was nothing special!

Beautiful location, with incredible views. The pools and spa were delightful and so were the staff. My room had a view over the Tuscan hills with a direct sightline of the burning sunset.
Cannot fault the presentation and service of this facility.
