Sleeping up to eight in four bedrooms combined with three bathrooms there is plenty of space for the larger party. The poolside patio area offering that Al Fresco experience with a further three terraces to the bedrooms.

We had a lovely stay at this property, everything was as it showed on website. So close to the beach and shops and restaurants. Property clean and had everything you could possibly need for our stay. We had a lovely time and would definitely book again we loved it thanks

Great location. Very well equipped home. From age 5 to 68, we all had a great time. The children and adults loved the pool, our outdoor area was great and tge ambience of the hotel was calm and family orientated. We would definitely return

This property was in the ideal location for our family holiday. The accommodation provided everything we needed. Lovely pool and beach both within easy access. Highly recommended would definitely return.

Large villa, plenty of space for a family of 8. It was exceptionally clean and literally had everything in there that we needed. The pool area was brilliant for my 4 year old nephew and the villa itself had all he needed for fun in the pool. Communication with the owner was easy. Perfect location for everything. We will return for sure.

6 Adults in apt, plenty of room, pool side, good complex and great location. Only issue was poor WiFi, not a big deal but might be if you had children wanting online. We had a late departure flight and owner allowed us a late check out at no extra cost, which was great and much appreciated.

Previous reviews are all accurate. This is one of 7 in the whole complex with its own garden meaning you can walk straight to the pool in 5 seconds. Sadly there is the 8am queuing for the sunbeds and this can wake you up as well as the cleaners but it's a small price to pay for being so close and most times you won't need a sunbed as you can chill in your own garden and still watch the kids. 3 mins walk to local supermarket (beware prices there will make your eyes water, even if from the UK) you may need to travel further to find cheaper prices. Beach amazing and also a 2 min walk so again no need to pay for sunbed unless you will be there all day) be careful for odd rocks near the rock bit go more on the middle as we all stunned our toes a few times. Local restaurant Friends is lovely just expect long waits in peak season. Overall great, 1 star knocked off as no air con which is fine however the 2 fans provided were extremely old and didn't work, maybe invest in 3 extra fans as the front room and spare room have no ceiling fans. Also iron could do with updating. Small gripes but could make this a 5 star stay. Would definitely come back and hope to !!

The accommodation was totally as described. Perfect location with easy access to the pool. Villa was well equipped and had everything we needed. Handy supermarket on site with a good range of prtoducts. The pool bar was great too.

Everything about this villa was amazing, starting with communication, excellent. Check in, excellent. The villa was perfect for our family of 3 generations, we all had our own space, but I think we all enjoyed the terrace area the most, fantastic outdoor furniture, was perfect for relaxing in the day, and all sitting together in the evening. Everything and more we needed in the large kitchen space, beds comfortable, everything was clean. The complex was lovely especially the pool. And the location was perfect, a 2 minute walk to the beautiful beach, plenty of bars and restaurants a short walk away. Cannot wait to come back, thanks for an amazing family holiday.

Villa is in fantastic location off Ave. Las Americas, direct access to seafront from rear of complex. Villa well equipped, only real negative; the WiFi is not very good (but it does work!).

Mum, Dad and 3 adult daughters staying 1-8 Feb 23. HExcellent property in great location. It is a three storey villa with en- suite bedroom on top floor two twin bedrooms and a single bedroom sharing family bathroom on first floor plus a shower room on ground floor. Very well equipped kitchen and a patio garden overlooking the pools. A couple of plumbing problems which were sorted in double quick time. Would recommend and would stay again. From start to finish we have the most amazing family holiday with the adult kids & our grandchildren. The villa was well equipped and it was home from home. Location couldn’t be any better with young children to entertain. We would 100% recommend the villa to family & friends.

We rented the apartment for a week in June. There was ample room for five of us. Ground floor has a huge terrace, living area, dining area and modern kitchen with everything you need. The three bathrooms were a god send! First floor has three beds, two balconies and a bathroom and the second floor has a further bedroom with a beautiful en suite walk in shower. All the bedrooms bar one have ceiling fans and additional fans are available if you need them. Communication with the owners and the lady who manages the apartment was excellent. Fantastically appointed apartment right in the centre of everything but quiet in the evening.

When you wake up at this place, you have the choice of going through the front door head 50 meters to the beach or the terrasse door and 10 meters to get to the pool. House got room for 3 couples and that stray single guy that always tag along for no known reason. The only bad ting that i can say, is that a vacation at this place are too short.

We loved the villa! Great location, right on the beach and in a bustly complex with great pool and bar. Ideal for our family trip away. The owner was very accommodating in providing us a cot and high chair for our little one. Would absolutely recommend.

Great location. Loved the proximity to the amenities of Playa de las Americas. The villa is in splendid condition and very clean and well presented. It was a huge bonus to be near the pool and both the on-site supermarket and restaurant. We had a great time and have booked again for next year.

We had fantastic holidays with our boy (1year)! The villa is perfectly located with the pool just in front and the sea just behind. All the shops and restaurants are nearby and we didn’t need the car. The weather was great as well. It was our first visite but for sure not our last! We can only recommend this place!

Had really good 8 days here. All the home comforts, everything provided. 4 of us (two couples) had plenty of room without being on top of each other. 3 good sized double bedrooms and one single. Nice patio area staight onto pool area. Unfortunately doesn't get the sun in December! Only small niggles are no washing up liquid or cleaning products or bin liners. Not practical for holiday makers to buy full bottles for a week. All in all recommended.

Space in abundance with pool and patio overlooking it a big bonus. The location relative to everything was good with no need for taxis for anything . The area had lots to do and an endless choice of places to eat out. We found the villa clean and tidy with the large kitchen area being very well equipped. We enjoyed being able to nip to the shop on the complex and get warm fresh rolls for our breakfasts and lunches.

Good private facility within apartment complex, plent room throughout, with a great kitchen area. A nice touch was the leftover spirits & sun creams etc., as a group we added to the collections. Couple of neg points would be the lack of air con in a very hot & sticky environment. Also due to heat bed linen was smelling a bit musty. Thought a maid service would have changed towels & bed sheets,once, during our 8 day stay. This is the norm in all the other villas we have rented. Over all, as a group, we enjoyed our stay. The villa / apartment complex is well sited for nearby bars & restaurants. It's also only a short walk into Los Cristianos
