Great for a stay in Edinburgh

Great location, not far from the city centre by public transport. We only stayed one night, but everything we needed was there, and the check-in process was smooth.

Nice , but some points of the house are silly and tough to cope with

Large kitchen and lounge well equipped , clean . Good main bedroom and en-suite 2 minute walk to the tram ,

The bathroom is silly , the wash basin is the size of a box of weetabix add a tap and try to shave or brush your teeth almost impossible , And the toilet is crammed next to the bath Not being crude but toilet paper use is almost impossible , windows are filthy dirty

Spacious, clean, comfortable apartment with a big kitchen, two bedrooms and a living room.

Good accessibility from the airport by tram. The hosts were very kind and helpful.

Very comfortable home for a "just like home" feel and close to town.

This was perfectly situated and fashioned for a us as we explored Edinburgh. We were on the end of a work trip but this became more pleasure than work. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and pans and after two weeks of eating out, we were happy to cook for ourselves.

We needed a few paper products - bath tissue, facial tissues, and paper towels. We had no napkins for dinner meals, so we bought and donated the rest to the house's future guests.

Relaxing and enjoyable

Location was perfect. Ideal for Tesco and Lidl lovely walk to King Arthur's seat. Perfect to walk in to the city Reasonable cost if you need a taxi

Beautiful apartment in great location

This apartment is beautiful. Clean, spacious and warm. Just set back from Leith Walk it is perfect for visiting the bustling area of Leith and an easy quick bus ride into the main parts of Edinburgh. The owners communicated really quickly and did everything to help us make our stay as comfortable as possible. I would absolutely recommend this apartment.

A very good choice for a place to stay in.

The location was great, close to the centre and in a lively area.

Occasionally it was easy to hear the neighbours coming in or out but nothing bad enough to say that it was a problem.

First class accommodation and amenities led to an enjoyable and stress free time and would highly recommend

the welcoming touches combined with the cleanliness and size led to an enjoyable stay

the only downside was no designated parking, however as this property is in a residential area of a capital city this is understandable

The kitchen facilities and utensils were very complete.

The water drainage used a quite noisy electric pump to drain out the water when we used the shower, sink, and toilet. The noise was bothersome. The internet modem was very old and we couldn't get wifi during our stay.

Superb

Brilliant location for the city of Edinburgh and it's tourist attractions. The flat was clean, comfortable and perfect for 2 couples. The hosts were very helpful and responded to questions very quickly.

Parking is a big problem in the area. Luckily once a parking space was found, the car was not needed to get around Edinburgh. Many attractions are within walking distance of the property and others easily reached by the good public transport system

We enjoyed our 3 nights break in Edinburgh. The property met all our requirements for our stay.

The flat was well presented and in a good location. It was easy to get from the property to the centre of Edinburgh on foot. In the property the host provided lots of useful information about Edinburgh this included recommendations of places to eat which was most helpful. Free parking in the street was a bonus. I would definitely recommend this property if you are wanting to visit Edinburgh.

The property is very nice, lots of space, nice living room, big kitchen, with all you need. About 15 minutes walk from the center, but in a nice area. Bars and supermarket in the area.

just need a bit more attention

beautiful place ..but unfortunately the upkeep needs better attention..loose door knobs that fell off..broken ironing board..noisy pipe work in bedroom and chipped plates and cups. what would of been nice on arrival would of been a gift basket with tea, coffee and milk!!

Such a beautiful apartment. Very spacious, tastefully decorated & well equiped. The beds and bedding were so comfy & we slept so well. In a quiet road which is in a good location with plenty of public transport a short walk away. All communication prior to our arrival was great, with nice clear instructions. We had a fabulous weekend & would deffinatly book again. Thank you very much.

We had a lovely stay in this classic Edinburgh main door flat. It’s comfortable, spacious and well equipped. It’s nicely decorated and furnished in a contemporary style while still respecting the period feel of the property.

Remember your slippers as the wooden floors can be cold underfoot.

This is a very well maintained comfortable property with everything we needed for our stay. Agree with all the previous comments about the property. Would we stay again? Yes and would we recommend? Yes
