Okay for a couple of nights stay.

The choice at breakfast was good, and the room was nice enough.

Massive queues at breakfast. The dining area is too small for the number of people. There are not enough sunbeds around the pool for the number of guests.

No regrets about the stay however it is too old to be charging what it charged us.

Very good and helpful staff. Breakfast has lots of options. Location is very good. Rooms are pretty spacious. Room temperature is maintained even when you're out of room.

It is an old hotel. View wasn't that great. No hand towels.

Great location, facilities & food with average rooms.

Breakfast - excellent, vast choice and good quality. No excessive queuing even at peak times they managed to seat us quickly. On one day they even opened an overspill room with all the same breakfast choices. Options for restaurants, drinks and entertainment within the hotel were great after a busy day The Hard Rock and another restaurant (name I forget) both had live music which was excellent.

We booked for a family of 5 with 3 young children and expected to be together as it was one booking, we were on the same floor but the rooms were not next to each other. With young kids this is a pain the ideal situation which we've had in other hotels would be adjoining rooms. The 3rd bed was also not ready for us and we had to request this very late at night when children were falling asleep and being carried. We had mixed experience with staff we had some great people such as the manager at the front desk, the others either seemed new or lacked knowledge and didn't understand English very well so we had some barriers and repetition in our communication. The people that seated us at breakfast were efficient and welcoming.

おそらく老舗ホテル　よって設備に古さはあるもののメンテナンスに来てくれるし、格式は最低限保たれてる部屋の広さやデスク、テーブルも充分でモノを置くストレスが軽減される（失くす落とす見つけるなど）朝食バイキングが充実していて楽しかった

2泊中1日目はお湯が出なかった　完全に水ではなく身体は気合いで洗ったが髪は洗えない温度　フロントに部屋替えを頼んだら、その日は設備会社が来てくれなくて全館同様と　絶句したがその後お湯は出るようになったしかし今度はトイレの水が止まらなくなった（溢れるわけではなく）すぐ設備担当が来て調整してくれたが、古い故にこういうこともあるらしいただスタッフは誠実に対応してくれたので怒る気にはなれず😅

Gutes Hotel mit super Frühstück und mit für uns sehr guter Anbindung an die Verkehrsmittel

Die Lage war hervorragend - gleich um die Ecke der Petrona Towers - Möglichkeiten zum Essen (nicht nur Restaurants sondern auch Foodtrucks) ebenfalls in der Nähe. Gleich daneben zudem ein Hardrock-Cafe für ein leckeres Abendbierchen. Die Monorail war auch um die Ecke und die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel haben wir jeden Tag genutzt. Das Frühstücksrestaurant war wirklich super - ganz viele Speisen aus "allen Ländern" sehr vielfältig und teilweise auch wechselnd -afür ein grosses Plua - das Frühstückspersonal war zudem sehr aufmerksam. Auch der Bellboy (u.Rezeption) waren bemüht, uns mit den verspätet angekommenen Koffern zu unterstützen. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt dort und eine gute Wahl.

Es gab nichts, was ich als "Mangel" darstellen würde - alles fein :-)

Horrible

Nothing. One star is too generous, this hotel was so bad, that I left after spending the first night, ( although I had paid for 4 days upfront for the two rooms.).

(i) There was a strong cigarette smell in one of the rooms we booked. My brother has asthma, and this did not help with that. (ii) The safes in both hotel rooms were not working. When we had called reception and told them of this, we were told that someone would come to the rooms to check this out - no one showed up. (iii) Poor ventilation in general (iv) Carpets in both rooms did not appear to be cleaned well, which led to us nearly experiencing medical episodes as a result of the dirty rooms.

Can see part of petronas twin tower from the room.

Location is very centralised. Breakfast not bad. Hotel room is huge

Furniture is very old and time to upgrade. Bed isnt very comfy. No lift from carpark to hotel lobby which is very inconvenient. Have to climb stairs from carpark to hotel lobby. If rain even worse.

Will choose again!

Friendly and helpful staff. Best Western Food( we ordered that only mostly) Free upgrade.

Unfortunately after we reached there only we were notified that Swimming pool will be under renovation. Its kinda disappointing. Our bathroom drain was clogged and water had gone out of the bathroom and spoiled the entrance of the room. The staff was helpful to provide another room within a shorter time 😃 We will come again after the renovation works get completed!

One of my best stays

Most staff were excellent - concierge and restaurant teams. But some staff were unresponsive - would agree to do something (in my case chase down some laundry they had lost) and then not do it. Otherwise excellent.

No dramas from the moment I checked in to I checked out,

All the staff were excellent from behind the desk at the front door and all workers un the restaurants. The breakfast was also excellent. And the location is perfect.

Near to train station and walking distance to Petronas Twin Towers, KLCC park and Saloma bridge. Staff were very accommodating and helpful 😊
