Parfait

Tout était parfait de l accueil le jour de notre arrivée jusqu'à notre départ. Pendant le séjour, c était l anniversaire de ma fille et l hôtel a eu une attention particulière en laissant dans la chambre une part de gâteau avec une bougie et verre de jus de fruits frais. Je recommande et je n hésiterai pas à réserver de nouveau 👍

Un séjour agréable

Étant en famille, disposer de 2 piscines (intérieur et extérieur) c'était très utiles ! Les petits déjeuner étaient très bien venus! très bon point..

les équipes étaient obsolètes (ex: la salle de sport les machines étaient archaïques et défectueux) la salle de bain dans notre chambre manquait cruellement des partis étanche, après chaque douche c'était une piscine 😅

Ett familjevänligt hotell där barnen får ta stor plats och känna sig fria. Trevliga bekväma rum.

Vi hade halvpension och både frukost och kvällsbuffén var variationsrik, vällagad och god. Mycket bra ljudisolerade rum. Vi hade balkong mot stora vägen men stördes aldrig av trafikljud. Vårt önskemål uppfylldes med 3 rum bredvid varandra. Städningen var mycket bra på rummen och hela hotellområdet. Hjälpsam receptionspersonal. Personal i matsal var duktiga på att hela tiden fylla på buffén.

Personalen i matsalen var inte särskilt hjälpsam när det gällde att sätta ihop bord till vårt sällskap på 7 personer. Innomhuspoolen öppnade kl 9:00 vilket är sent. Jag hade önskat att simma före frukost. Kl 7:30 hade varit bättre tid att öppna.

The location is perfect 10mins from the old town Mcdonalds an kfc across the road Shopping Centre 1 Hotel down with a supermarket for all your needs Everything within walking distance Breakfast is nice and lunch menu is good Entertainment by the pool

No iron in the room No sunbeds,having to wake up at 8am every morning to ensure we got a bed wasn't fun. Mini fridge didn't work seemed to heat the food up than cool it down The bathroom smelled like mold The view we got for the price we paid wasn't the best. I feel like I didnt get My value for money

Pleasant stay

The room was clean and spacious. The pool was a good size. The tea and coffee facility in the room was good. The hotel was modern and clean

Due to the time of year (August) the hotel was very busy. Breakfast time could be crowded and some items ran out quickly. Despite signs up to say sun bed reservations were not allowed, people would still reserve beds from 8am and not show up for hours. There then weren't enough beds and umbrellas for the number of people at the pool. Some of the beds and umbrellas were damaged.

Swimming pool area needs improvement. Not enough umbrellas and the hotel need to enforce policies to avoid people "reserving" chairs.

The hotel is clean & comfortable but it could do with the rooms being updated.

The staff didn't ask anything about how our stay was on checkout, in fact he (Nelson) said nothing.

Relaxing with good facilities

It was spacious and staff were thoughtful. It was my birthday while we stayed and a cake and bottle of wine was left in my room which was a great surprise!

The pool and outside bar were very nice. The room was nice and spacious with a good pool view. Good options at breakfast!

Deck chairs were "reserved" from early morning by people who mostly didn't claim them until after lunch. No effort was made by staff to discourage this. No iron available. Safe was available in the room but charged at a daily rate (shocking given how expensive the room was). Drinks were very expensive in the bar. After our room was cleaned, it stank of a dirty mop for the rest of the day!
