Only the receptionist was friendly and the other things were very bad.

Ambiente trascurato, minimalista, rapporto seevizi offerti/prezzo troppo elevati.

Nothing
The picture certainly isn’t the image that you get when you arrive.

The landlord asks extra money for hotel parking lot, extra payment for breakfast of each person, and extra payment for one blanket for our child

The room was not cleaned, bathroom ok. But the noise from the route and tram station was unacceptable even with closed window.

I like the room (403/401), it was clean, comfortable, warm, enough space.
Breakfast was a little bit poor.

As always the breakfast i paid for was really lovely and the staff had no problems letting me have a few courses of it.....i even took some food for snacking on when a tight budget occurred...thanks again for your kindness and support 🙏 😀
On the Sunday afternoon i had problems with the shower getting hot water...and tbere was no signal on early Sunday morning after i watched some TV , after a long 30km walk to Moers and back...but the TV signal soon returned

The double room we had was really big. Two nice beds and a separate sitting area. There was kitchenette as well, but hardly any cooking utensils and no pots or pans. The fridge was not turned on either. The restaurant in the hotel is very cosy, good service and goodfood.
The receptionists was not overly friendly and certainly not in for a chat. If you check in before 17:00 hrs you need to leave the hotel and go outside to another door in order to get to your room. This because the restaurant isn’t open until 17.00 hrs. Breakfast is value for money, but in our case the eggs were cold and the water for tea was lukewarm.

Fine for short stay very basic but clean
No coffee making facilities

Was clean and staff were nice
V outdated furniture including worn out mattresses, slightly weird smell, needs renovation. Not good value for money

The street is quite noisy

The hotel manager is helpful, interested in his customers. 7/24 contact information is available at the hotel entrance.
they also kindly accommodated our additional requests. We stayed at the same hotel 3 times. because the service is impeccable.

Proposed room was not at all as per the expectations. A small room on second floor below the roof:
- no air conditioning
- if opening the window to get fresh air => too noisy with traffic even during the night
- no curtain at the window, then sunlight in the room from 5am and difficult too sleep
- quite expensive versus quality of room
I mentioned it when leaving the room. It was proposed to offer me the best room next time I will come but I do not know if I will have opportunity to come.

The room was comfortable and spacious. Reception staff were very helpful and the location was ideal for easy access to the Autobahn to go in any direction
The Wi-Fi was not good in the rooms only in the reception area. The breakfast was not worth what we paid
