sehr ruhige Lage, dennoch innenstadt- und bahnhofsnah. Geräumige Wohnung mit bequemen Betten

Ich kann nichts Negatives sagen. Ich habe die Wohnung schon mehrmals gebucht.

Monteurwohnung für eine Nacht

Problemlose Übergabe der Wohnung. Betten waren in Ordnung.

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war sehr einfach. Keine Aufhängemöglich im Schrank für die vorhandenen Bügel. Die Sessel sind ohne Polster unbequem. Kücheneinrichtung sieht sehr improvisiert aus. Das Badezimmer ist recht eng. Die Parkplatzsituation ist katastrophal.

Für ein, zwei Nächte in Ordnung

Die Lage ist sehr gut, zum Bahnhof oder zur Straßenbahn sind es nur wenige Minuten. Die Betten sind gut und auch sonst ist es allgemein in Ordnung, wenn man da nur schlafen möchte. Und es ist natürlich sehr preiswert, da kann man halt keinen Luxus erwarten.

Sehr hellhörig, das Sofa im Apartment 2 ist nicht zu gebrauchen (da merkt man das komplette Gestell durch), Wände sehen teilweise auch nicht so schön aus

Wer Abstriche beim Ambiente machen kann, der ist hier gut aufgehoben.

Es war alles sehr sauber, WLan funktionierte einwandfrei. Auch die Schlüsselübergabe per Tresor und Code funktionierte. Das Apartment hat eine Badewanne.

Die Einrichtung ist sehr karg und wirkt wenig freundlich, das Sofa ist ungemütlich.

Für eine Nacht.

Es war sauber (Punkt). Die Lösung mit der Badewanne und der Toilette bedarf eines Akrobaten. Eine moderne Dusche mit Zweiwege-Türen, die nur zum Duschen ausgeklappt werden, könnten den Nutzwert sehr anheben. Kleider- Handtuchhaken in wenigstens 1,50 m wären sinnvoll. Die Betten sind o.k. Im Winter müssen mehr Bedeckungen gestellt werden.

Gasherd ist "out" Hier dürfen gerne wenige Euro für einen E-Herd investiert werden. Dabei darf der Toaster ausgetauscht werden. Wenn Sie eine Café -Tabmaschine mit Tabs anbieten, dann sollte sie auch da sein. Die Gastherme muss technisch geprüft werden. Es sah so aus, als wäre das längst fällig. == ACHTUNG, Sicherheit !!

One of the worst stays ive had. Glad to get out of the terrible place

Location was terrible. Very poor neighbourhood. There was a drug rehab facility close by and the kind of people in the area were strange. No dedicated parking, free street parking available. Apartment was on 3rd floor with no elevator. Apartment was wreaking of cigarette smoke smell. Terrible experience.

Nice and comfy apartment to stay in for a few days.

Property located on a nice quiet street without much traffic noise. Apartment was clean and comfortable, equipped with basic neccesities - electric kettle, microwave, towels, fridge, plates, cups and cutlery. Location was very good, near the train station and the city centre. Access to bath instead of just shower is always nice and made up for the lack of hot water pressure.

The water pressure in shower head was rather weak for hot water. The heating system can be a bit loud before it kicks, but after that it runs more quiet, so not a big deal.

Good

Flat close to the city centre. We went there only to sleep and we did not cook, so for us everything perfect. There are 3 types of bedroom in the pictures. We had the one with the separate beds, just check before you book, what you need. Very good communication with the owner!

Maybe the equipment of the kitchen could be better, if you want to cook.

The WiFi worked, this is the only positive

Decor was very tired. Bed linen and towels were very used and worn. Beer bottles left from previous booking. No bottled water as promised. Insect bites, I was itching all the time I was there, itching on sofa. Space very tight in bathroom, you had to turn sideways to access toilet. Blinds in Windows broken and left too much light in the morning. Cushions worn, I have more photos
