La posizione al centro di Rieti è molto bella, si puo parcheggiare per lasciare i bagalie ma poi si deve andare a trovare un parcheggio fuori dal centro storico. I parcheggi si trovano facilmente e le distanze sono brevi. C`é un atmosphera un pó nostalgica nel aria. Il personale è molto gentile e dispoibile. Ci hanno dato una stanza belissima pur avendo pagato una meno esclusiva.

When in Ríete - a much stop!

Location was great - a good stop off in our Via di Francesco. Breakfast includes was good and lots of choice. Marco (at the front desk) was fabulous and healthful and friendly - the hotel should be proud of employees like him.

It was an old building, but well maintained and still had some of the cachet of its former days.

It is really in the City Center and about 10 Minutes by walk from the train station. The room was really nice.

Wonderful staff and perfect road trip stop.

The hotel reception staff were absolutely wonderful and so helpful. The room was huge and airy with a great view. Easy to find and the perfect stop for our first night out of Rome on a road trip. We only wished we stayed longer than one night!

Great staff - friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. Great location.

It is a grand building that needs renovations. The room has torn wallpaper, mold on the shower curtain that is hung too closely so it sticks to you while showering, a leaky bathtub, and stained furniture. The red runner in the center of the grand staircase is worn and dangerous in places as it slips because the rods that hold it in place are broken.

Nice stay but improvement in the hotel facilities is needed.

It is a lovely location and very nice friendly helpful staff.

The room curtain was halfway falling down from the ceiling and WiFi in my room was not working unless I go outside/downstairs or next to my toilet. Furniture seemed old and unstable. The bread at breakfast did not seem fresh.

Very basic breakfast, but the coffee was great. The staff members were very friendly & helpful.

An English breakfast would have been better. The hotel is under refurbishment- so our view was totally blocked by a plastic cover.

Beautiful and grand hotel in the prettiest plaza of Rieti. Large and nicely appointed rooms overlooking the main square. Extremely cordial and helpful staff, particularly Marco. Excellent breakfast. Impeccable service. Highly recommended!

Spacious room with comfortable bed - very friendly staff- right in the middle of Rieti - free parking in the city centre (the hotel doesn’t have its own car park) - good breakfast with excellent coffee

It was a bit scary driving up to the hotel, as it is located in a ZTL (zona a traffico limitato) which means you incur a fine when entering. As a hotel guest, however, you are exempted. At the hotel they write down your number plate and you are free to enter and park in the ZTL for the duration of your stay.

Superb

The term "old-fashioned" is to be seen positively in this well-located hotel. The rooms are comfy and huge as well as the wonderful bed. The staff at the reception really made a wonderful job to make my stay enjoyable.

Maintenance has to improve a little but we are complaining on a quite high level.
