If you want to relax in Tuscany this is the place
You could not get dinner till 8.15 pm OK IF you are Italian
6.0
Excellent view, gardens well maintained, the SPA very cosy, swimming pools very comfy
Service a bit below standard and not very efficient for the type of facility. No one to welcome/pick up luggage at arrival, a general feeling of lack of organisation. Room sold as a suite (effectively a junior). A general smell of mould (not eccessive, but constantly present)

Gorgeous property overlooking Perugia and the gorgeous vineyards and hills of Umbria. The spa and its services were top notch and the staff made sure we had a wonderful and relaxing stay. We loved the outdoor hot tub in our room. This hotel and stay was the highlight of our trip to Italy!

Everything was great. Very friendly staff. Brand new facility. Amazing Spa. Good food. Overlooking a sumptuous region. Not sure how one could expect more.
Wearing just a towel for the sauna(s) isn't very practical. Been to other places that don't require that. A small inconvenience. A couple of guests with mobile phones at the pool. One wonders why travel to such an amazing place to be on a phone!!!!

The views and breakfast.
no athmosmhere in this hotel.
Actually i did not came for the wellness but for the location and high standard rooms, well don't come to this place if you do not use the wellness, it is ways to expensive for what it is.

Everything is just a 100% and in my experience it's rare in Italy.
Beautifull place, staff is super friendly and can help in English as well. don't hesitate and book, highly recommended.

excellent facilities in a resort cleverly designed to make the most of excellent views across the rolling Umbrian hills

Overall the property was beautiful and clean. The only problem we have with the property is our bathroom has a strong sewer smell. The staff tried everything to eliminate the odor. However, they couldn't succeed.

The spa was nice, the view was spectacular
Only one complaint, but it’s a big one. There are no top sheets for the bed, only a comforter. So, if you get hot, you either suffer or you sleep without any cover.

Very good, staff excellent
Breakfast was very good but could do with a bigger hot selection which is included in price of breakfast

excellent spa facilities, excellent landscaping and wonderful location perched on hill. staff was warm and helpful. enjoyed the breakfast offerings.
air conditioning was a bit weak

nice Pool, relaxing Sauna, quiet rooms
The Turkish bath and another sauna were closed. They did not provide a cattle and tea in the rooms, which we expected for such a hotel. The massage was relaxing, but overprized. The dinner in the restaurant was also overprized.

Large location, but manages to maintain a very familiar and cozy atmosphere. Very modern facility and fantastic spa area with amazing views. What we enjoyed most was that other guests were almost all Italian - this gave the hotel a very local flair. Also, good value for money.

Staff was exceptionally welcoming, always available to assist you. Food was over the top with plenty of choices, also for specific food allergies. Clean, well organized and amazing atmosphere. Could not ask for more during our relaxing stay.
