The garden was really lovely. There were sunbeds for everybody. The food was good. The staff were coo, sweet, fun, quick and professional. It was quiet and relaxing in the day and in the night. Fantastic service, and helpfull staff. Really good gym. Very nice rooms. Very beautiful place all over.
The music was good but too loud in the lounge-area in the daytime. The morning workout weren't a hit. We were there for 9 days, and only one time, the trainer had one guest with him. He didn't even try too get people to join him. Tai chi is not for most people.....he should choose something that the guest like, and not just what he like. Also the entertainment in the evening was bad. Kahoot does not make people closer or happier. It separates people with their heads down the phone. The jukebox were good fun. But all the other stuff/entertainment was bad. You can save that money on singers from outside.

Location close to the sea, restaurants, bars - not too close though to be bothered by the noise. We had every evening different “theme” for food at dinner (sushi, kebab, burgers, chocolate fondue etc) among other food. Nice relaxing area below the pool, quiet garden with grass, kids playground and kids pool in the shadow (for small kids). Loved the furnishing inside, nice staff always available and helpful around the pool. We enjoyed the relaxing pool inside as well.
What we missed is free drinking water available, we could not take any even at the dinner. We had to buy bottles and bring it back to the hotel every other day. We did not have all inclusive and I understand there might be water shortages at times, but still. We were almost yelled at the dinner when we tried to pour some not knowing it is not free (tank is there available). Water on the room is not drinkable.
Be mindful about the mosquitos :) not a problem of the hotel, we just did not expect them to fly as high to the 6th floor and left the door opened, suffered following nights chasing them out.

Exceptional experienced staff, very helpful with a lot of easygoing friendliness and politeness. Easy to find your way around, welcoming and professional foyer.
Nothing comes to mind.

From point of view of cyclist conditions were perfect. Fully equipped bike center with gym and tools. Swimming pool was nice. Deep pool with almost 20 m length suitable for short training. All inclusive food and drinks choice was very OK. Changes every day. Staff very friendly. Rooms were clean.
The only thing i did not like was the view from my first floor suite terrace. No sunshine during the whole day. The only view was to laundry room/or kitchen which was next to terrace.

comfortable bed
quality of food, facilities (gym was very old and poor equipment).

Everything. Staff, location, facilities, food were all excellent.
Very little to dislike. It was all very good. The only negative was the bath being very high when getting out of it after showering. My wife struggled to get out a few times, especially when there was water on the floor. She felt that some sort of handle would have been appropriate to hold onto when getting out of the high bath. We both felt a person with mobility issues would struggle to get in & out of the bath. A wet room or a lower height bath would probably be more suitable, especially for elderly or less mobile guests.

The food was great, although some more hot vegetarian/vegan options at lunch and breakfast would be great as sometimes these meals in particular got repetitive. Dinner was great, especially the Asian night which was very accommodating to vegetarians. There was sushi on this night but they all seemed to have fish in them so I asked the supervisor if a vegan option would be possible and he returned from the kitchen 5 minutes later with a plate full of vegan sushi. Throughout our stay, we made a few different requests and the kitchen/restaurant staff were all very accommodating and made a big effort. All-inclusive drinks were great, with no plastic cups (except for at the pool), and fresh cocktails. This is a very clean and well-finished hotel that is close to the beach and amenities, the staff were great (especially Diego!) and we would definitely stay again.
The bathrooms have a sliding glass or wooden door so it doesn't give much privacy in the room. It was also not clear that the economy rooms were on the first floor which was a bit noisier and lacked privacy, although the room itself was lovely. We asked about this and the manager arranged to move us to a different room the following day which we were very appreciative of.

Beautifully decorated hotel, with lovely garden, swimming pool and indoor jacuzzi pool with access to sauna.
As we've paid for a half board, we experienced having breakfast and dinner at the hotel. The selection of the food was very good, arrangement of the food was very pretty and the theme for dinners changed every night.
Staff was very friendly and professional and that goes to all staff from reception, kitchen staff and housekeeping staff - they all have done their job really well.
Location of the hotel was great, only about 300m away from the beach and very close to all shops .
Distance from historic city center only 20min walk.
The only thing we didn't like was the glass door on the bathroom.
It was shaking and noisy every time we closed it and it felt like it may break any moment.

Coffee was really bad and the food was only OK.

I was traveling with my little son (7) and we got a nice up-floor room with a sea view. The room was a bit small but newly designed. The hotel offers everything you need, a nice bar, swimming pool, restaurant, and usually smiling staff. The food (half-board buffet) was really good, which surprised me a lot. The location was great, 5 min from the beach, 45 min drive from the airport...but a bit noisy especially on weekend nights... but it was almost after the season so we got lucky enough and slept well. The waiters were really kind during the meal time.
The room was a bit too small and there was no space where to put clothes... (no proper closet) so I had to leave half of them in the suitcase... I was traveling alone with my autistic son and there were problems with the key card in the beginning I would like it to be handled differently, also help with the suitcase would be appreciated since the 8 floor only has steps from each lift. The cleaning service wasn't great, the floor was only cleaned once in a while... so we had sand all over the room most of the time. The bed sheets were not changed once in 6 nights... the food was really good but the coffee and soft drinks "juices" for breakfast were not fresh and the coffee was truly terrible. There was no drinking water available for free at the hotel. No toilets in the swimming pool area (had to go downstairs), also the pool was really cold already. The hotel is a bit dated despite remodeling you could just see it.

Location was perfect right by the beach and the port plus easy walk to Old Town. Staff always friendly and smiling. Was so nice to arrive on our honeymoon to an ice cold bottle of bubbly in our room! Pool area beautiful and private. Meals were very good with always great variety of choices. Views from our 7th floor room facing sea were amazing!
I really can't think of anything. It was all perfect!

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is within walking distance of the beach and the buses etc. It was our second visit to the Bahia Hotel and we intend to return .
The TV entertainment could be better. There are limited English channels available.

Staff were very welcoming and very on the ball. The location and the surroundings were perfect - close to everything but still felt secluded and peaceful.
The only small things that could be improved would be the limited vegetarian options during some meals, the addition of a boiling water tap/machine for families making kids' food or tea etc so they are separate to the coffee machines.

The staff in particular were so nice, friendly and attentive.
Hard to fault anything to be honest.

phenomenal location within walking distance to the beach and the port.
The bedrooms where impeccably cleaned daily along with all the facilities.
my family and I went half board & we were able to switch between either lunch/dinner. However we felt lunch had more offerings to dinner. Selection was also very impressive

The personnel was super nice, with a great sense of humour! The buffet with plenty of choice, a lot of space to seat. Cleaning service super efficient and fast.
Double bed made from 2x single bed. It was moving and creating the hole between the beds.
The door for the toilet is not the best choice of creator… we could hear each other and smell each other :/
