The view is breathtaking
There was no hot food for brekkie

Bekommt man live and loud mit.
Sorry!

Cannot beat the views from the dining room. Great location in Murren as a base camp for day hikes.
Shared bathroom! Many places in the area have this, really just a minor inconvenience considering where you are. Also the dinner was reservations only because they have to know how many people to cook for. Tough when you arrive in the evening… options in town are very limited!

An unforgettable night at Mirren. Very friendly staff, fast check-in. My room was located next to the elevator, luckily it didn't bother me. There is a mountain view outside the window. The room is small, but clean and tidy. The breakfast is hearty and most importantly the view is unbeatable. Next to the coop, the cable car to the Schilthorn can be reached in a few minutes.
The floor can make a lot of noise. Bathrooms are shared by men and women, so it can be uncomfortable.

Best scenic view from the restaurant.

amazing views
very thin doors so you hear everything from the corridor

the location was excellent and the staff friendly
nothing bad, the place is really good for a short stay and the location is very convenient. Just don’t expect something very luxurious since the place feels a little old and crowded but nothing too bad!

Hotel Regina would have been fabulous in its day.
It is an old hotel which has not been luxuriously renovated, this makes it interesting with creaky floorboards which need to be sanded and polished.
We had to carry our heavy suitcases through the snow from the cable car and later found out that you can get something to carry them for 20 CHF which you return.
The location is glorious but the building itself is more like a great youth hostel than a luxury hotel, which is fine if you know that beforehand.
The staff are very nice and helpful.
There is no kettle or tea and coffee in the room, but you can get hot water from the bar.
The wooden tables and beds may have been there originally but somehow they are too puritanical and some more comfort, colour and sparkle is required.

Staff is so good and outside view of our room is very unforgettable.
room size is a bit tiny

the amazing views!
a bit old building. it has its charm but the balconies could use some remodeling. at least a warm floor would be nice

Didn’t love shared bathrooms but we knew that going in so no complaints.

it’s an old hotel with old world charm.
location in the middle of Murren was perfect. it’s also perched on a high point offering superb views of the valley below.
I spent a lot of time in the lobby bar and “library” reading and relaxing.
the dining area is large and also with views of the valley.
the staff was superb and responsive and friendly. they helped us to organize hiking outings.
the breakfasts were abundant. Dinners were an excellent value
some updates are needed and are happening slowly but for me this was insignificant.

The view was incredible! The historic feel of the hotel was lovely.
Such a pity that rooms aren't cleaned daily. Breakfast was a little sad.

The staff was quite pleasant and supportive.
Our booking said "mountain view", we perhaps paid premium for the same, but we were on the back side, facing road, no direct view of the mountains from our windows. Both sides of our windows looked into other properties.
No kettle in the room. We had to go and ask for hot water everytime
Heating was not working the first day.
3.5
Great views from balcony and from room. Hotel has lots of character. Showers good.
No bacon at breakfast and had to boil your own eggs! Poor selection of spirits at bar. Hotel in need of renovation - creaky floors etc..
