Breakfast was excellent. Ski storage was excellent - ski shoes on warmed shelve. This makes them more flexible and therefor much easier to put them on.
Size of the shower cabin was small. Some arrangements seemed over the top and only there to justify a higher price. Junior staff made small mistakes on several occasions, which is ok, but never an apology, which made the hotel not feel very 'warm'.

breakfast was great
room decor a bit dated

The hotel location really couldn't be any better. The staff at the hotel were so welcoming and helpful- they made such a difference. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and really clean. The food and drink at the hotel was exceptional for both evening and breakfast. We had such an amazing holiday and will be re-booking next year.
Some of the bar staff in the Ski Lounge were not as friendly or helpful as the rest of the hotel team.

It worked well for the family with 3 small children. Lena on reception could not do enough for us and the owners watched over everything very well.
It was very good overall

good spa facilities; great location
terrible rooms. marketing is misleading as most rooms have not been renovated and are very old and tired. breakfast and the staff also poor.
5.0
It is a central hotel , and almost closed to everything!
The hotel doesn’t have any lobby area that you can relax after ski for example or just chill out. it is very small and definitely not for having a rest or a relaxed coffee time. We had to visit all the other hotels around to do so . The breakfast is basic without anything special to wait for. The cost of the room is definitely too high for what they offer , and the photos that they have on booking are far away from the reality!

Very nice, traditional family-led hotel in the heart of Lech. I liked especially the furniture. The sauna is beautiful, too. Friendly and helpful staff.

The room was super cosy with a mountain view. The staff was friendly enough to give us an upgrade and they immediately made us feel at home. Though the road can be a bit noisy, you get the most “noice” from the small river running in front of the hotel, which is rather relaxing. Room was very clean and well divided into living room and bedroom + a relatively big walk-in closet and bathroom.

The hotel's staff is wonderful. Service was excellent - delivered with Austrian warmth. The meals were excellent. The chef is inventive - we stayed over a week and not one meal was a repeat. The spa was great - sauna and steam baths. The location is fantastic - next door to the Rufikopfbahn and across the street from the Schlegelkopf lifts. We stored our skis/board in the ski shop downstairs. We had them wax and sharpen our gear - and did a great job of it.
We could have stayed longer!

Good location for lifts and amenities. Breakfast very tasty. The room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and cheerful at all times especially the receptionist Lena who was lovely.
Our room 105 was very warm so we liked having the windows open at night, but it could be very noisy with people walking/shouting in the high street and early morning deliveries to the hotel/supermarket etc. We prefer the hot part of breakfast ie eggs/bacon coffee etc to be buffet style so we can help ourselves rather than to order, although it was very tasty.

Anexcellent balance between old world charm and the most modern of facilities. The servicing of the room was outstanding twice daily always before 10:00 and in the evening. Restaurant staff friendly and efficient. Lena at the front desk was a joy

Very good breakfast, nice and helpful front desk staff and girls in the restaurant.
I was very disappointed with a size of our room, which supposed to be a superior double room of 27 sqm, but in reality, extremely small room, two persons could not go through extremely narrow corridor simultaneously. Parking of car was another challenge! Parking boy parks the car for you in the hotel garage, which is very small and they park it in a way that you cannot get in without moving another car.... Last but not least, remember to take your skies from ski depot in the evening before you leave, if you plan to leave early in the morning, since the ski depot only opens at 8.30am.

I lost the room key and I was charged EUR 100.- for a brass key holder. Outrageous. I can understand paying something but EUR 100.- for a brass piece is crazy. Will avoid Pfefferkorn going forward.

It was absolutely wonderful experience from the beginning to check out. Fantastic service, service mindful staff, cozy and very clean rooms, good cleaning service, spa, close to the ski lifts.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. They made us feel right at home and cared for. The breakfast was lovely and their restaurant was great. The rooms were very complete, super clean and comfortable.
It would have been nice to have a coffee maker in the room. Asides from that no complaints whatsoever!

Location and own bar/pub
Rooms a little basic in terms of furnishing and bathroom was very small
