sijainti loistava aamiainen oli hyvä, monipuolinen, palvelu erinomaista...ystävällinen ja iloinen henkilökunta ravintolassa hyvää lounas ja illallisruokaa uimaan pääsee suoraan aurinkotuolien vierestä

Aver soggiornato su una stupenda struttura situata a ridosso del lago e comodissima a tutto.

Colazione spettacolare dal dolce al salato,non mancava nulla.

Purtroppo il bagno era molto, molto piccolo e di conseguenza scomodissimo.

Výborná poloha hotela priamo v prístave a centre. Útulný hotel s výhľadom na jazero.

Výborná poloha hotela pre tých, ktorí prichádzajú do mesta loďou. Hotel je priamo v prístave, priamo na brehu jazera. Hotel je v centre mesta, veľmi blízko sú pamiatky, obchody a reštaurácie. Výborný pomer ceny a kvality. Ubytovanie bolo čisté, lepšie ako sme očakávali, lebo sme zaznamenali trochu horšie recenzie. Mali sme izbu s výhľadom na jazero a terasou, to bolo fakt úžasné, nádherné ! Aj ked sme si ju nemohli vychutnať naplno, lebo nám počas pobytu pršalo, potešili sme sa pohľadom. Raňajky boli výborné, široký výber teplých aj studených jedál aj sladké dobroty. Prichádzajúce lode nás nerušili, nechodili často.

Nepáčilo sa nám, že nám počas pobytu pršalo a hotel nepožičiaval dáždniky. Izba bola dosť malá pre dvoch, avšak na krátky pobyt to bolo v pohode. Chýbala nám varná konvica. Vyskúšali sme aj hotelovú reštauráciu - tam sme boli trochu sklamaní, jedlo bolo síce lacnejšie oproti okolitým reštauráciám, ale nebolo až tak chutné (špagety frutti di marre) a jedáleň bola veľmi hlučná a neútulná (asi to bolo tým že pršalo a nemohli sme jesť na terase). Vhodnejšie asi iba na krátkodobý pobyt. Auto sme nemali, takže nám nechýbalo parkovanie, ktoré hotel neponúka.

Lovely stay

Great location, ferry stops few steps from hotel. Cable car and bus stop very closed too. Restaurant was lovely, ate both evening there.

Furniture could be updated in the room but maybe that’s a style thing 🙂

The staff at this hotel are exceptional, from reception to waiters, all pleasant and hardworking people. The hotel is right in the middle of Malcescine and directly on the lake. A fantastic location.

A fantastic short trip to Italy!

Amazing location right next to the lake 😊 The staff were very friendly & helpful & although the hotel is a little old fashion the rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice.

When we came in there was a lady receptionist who was not very well oriented in the situation. Luckily, another staff member, a gentelman, came by and was extremwly helpful.

The original room we have been assigned was ot in the main building and was not heated at all. The lady receptionist tyy try ied to bully me into that room saying thst that this was the very roommI reserved ?????? - since when do you reserve a given room NUMBER???), but the other staff member helped with it right away

Amazing location in font of the Lake!

The Hotel is located right in front of the Lake, with amazing view! Many restaurants, cafes and shops a short distance from the hotel. Room was nice, clean and the beds comfortable.

On lakeside no frills, friendly staff

Excellent location on Lake and near to shops and restaurants. Quaint deco and rooms. Good shower. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast.

There were no shutters or blackout blinds and with the street lights on all night it could be difficult to sleep if you like the dark!

Wonderful location , right in the water and completely central to everything in town. I appreciated the on-site restaurant and lobby sitting area ;although I didn’t use it , I enjoyed seeing others sitting in the overstuffed sofas and chairs and socializing and having drinks from the adjacent bar area . . The woman at the desk was incredibly friendly and helpful . Given that it was a brief, one night stay, they graciously accommodated my luggage so I could have extra time in town before departing the area . The breakfast was shockingly extensive , tasty and enjoyable . The on-site restaurant had beautiful views , delicious food , very reasonable prices and I additionally got a discount for being a guest . The last minute room booked through Booking.com was extremely reasonable in price . The room was basic but very clean and met my needs . I was overall extremely pleased with my choice and my stay and would absolutely recommend this property .

Although the room was fine , there were 2 bare bulbs , which were a detraction from the quality of the room . My plan was to splurge my last night of vacation on a nice dinner . The food was very good. The servers were pleasant , but too busy, I guess , as service was extremely slow , such as to negatively impact the dining experience . The other server didn’t have my table but was very available and was doing other clean-up and side -work, while my waiter was so busy he could never get to me in a timely fashion . Long waits every time I wanted/needed something , including the bill. Again, I could see it was because he was so busy , but it would have been helpful for the other server to take care of my table instead as he had all the other tables close to me .

Very nice room, friendly staff, 10% discount in restaurant which over looks the Lake. Good breakfast I left some clothes in room on departure. Hotel kept at reception for me, much appreciated.

Be nice to have kettle in Room Also be nice to have iron at reception for clothes.
