Very good

Great adult roof top bar and pool. Nice spacious superior apartment with a large balcony.

The bathroom could have been cleaner, the shower leaked over the floor outside, and the bathroom sink drain/water smelt of sewerage, so had to wash and brush teeth in the kitchen sink. Didn't mention it to the hotel as we were only there for 3 nights.

Relaxing and fun!

Great for kids, good value for money. Clean.

It was quite a walk from the town and beach but this isn’t the fault of the hotel. I would still go back.

Staff were helpful at reception , very kind .

Had to check out day before requested for additional service rather than refund was declined. Would come back each year but because this situation maybe not now. Kitchen appliances kept breaking down but we were understanding and managed by sharing through both apartments we had to cook . Cooker broke Shower door got stuck Micro wave stopped working Hairdryer was not working also. As we had two apartments was manageable .

If you're planning to spend a lot of time in Ibiza town, you will then have to spend a lot of time in taxis.

Excellent fun, good location, close to a local supermarket.

This is a great hotel and the apartments are smart, clean and functional. The staff are friendly and the pools all had floaties on them for the children and adults amusement. There was a fun entertainment guy who encouraged the children and adults to play at points during the day. We really enjoyed our stay.

The electricity to the room didn't work without the one key card in the slot in the wall - so nothing would charge whilst we were out of the room. In addition the elcetricity would go out at night as well - we left at 6.30am and it still wasn't on - which explains why our ice creams were aways practically melted in the small freezer compartment on day 2! Also the water stopped mid way through a shower so I had to wash my child's conditioner out with bottled water at one point. The restuarant's snack food was average.

great clean hotel

well maintained hotel. my room was in what looks to be a newer extension to the main hotel. rooms were very clean, great bathroom and powerful shower. My only issue was around some basics missing from my particular room - however I chose not to ask the hotel to sort for me as I was only staying 3 days. I am however confident that the hotel would have resolved these matters for me without drama if I had asked them.

We had a great few days and the staff were lovely.

The staff were very friendly and the kids loved the organised games. The location is good, near some lovely beaches and great for the supermarket. Town is a bit of a walk but we didn't mind that.

The kitchen could be better equipped, it was very basic with only a couple of rigs to cook on. Also no plugs in kitchen area for the kettle/toaster which isn't ideal.

4 night family stay

Superior room good size. Children’s pool area good fun. Children’s entertainer Jeffrey seemed good fun. View from balcony had lovely sunrise views.

Floor in apartment needed sweeping when we arrived. Dirty drain smell all week in bathroom and around the pool area. The evening meal we had was nice but the restaurant area is very dated could definitely do with a spruce up. Night time entertainment on far too late and also breakfast and meal times on an evening too late also (for young children).

What. A . Place!

Excellent apartments! We extended our stay for an extra 10 nights, amazing for kids, staff are fab, Luis himself works in the restaurant clearing tables, picks fruit in the allotment and even takes the time to join you for a drink! 20 stroll to the marina, off the main road at the end of a cul-de-sac which was really safe etc. Very quiet for the time of year and the kids pool was excellent. Julie and all the other bar staff work really hard. New towells every day for the pool €20 deposit, beds chamged every other day.

Friendly family hotel. Catering facilities open a few days before we arrived. A lack of this service would have impacted the hotel enormously.

No supervision or control on patrons ‘bagging sun loungers at ALL pools. On at least 2 occasions we were unable to find any free sun beds with only 10-20% occupied. Made for a stressful start to the day as not willing to engage in this behaviour.

The staff were extremely helpful, lent a high chair from the bar for visiting baby. Very spacious 2 bed apartment one with en suite. Excellent baby pool and all super-clean!!

Perfect for family holidays or couples seeking relaxation

3 swimming pools that kept our girls very entertained. 15 minute walk to town which has a great selection of all kinds of restaurants. 15 minute walk to small beach.
