Great place in the middle of everything!

It was all good

Only a small thing but the view was of building work across the street. We knew it was in the middle of town so we’re not expecting a sea view but it was a bit more urban than what we had expected. That said though, the hotel is in the middle of everything, near to shops, bars, restaurants, the marina and beach, everything within walking distance, great for what we wanted, we had a fab time.

Heerlijk gehad en zou het aanraden. Wij vonden Santa Eulària ook heel gezellig en levendig als ik het met andere plaatse

Ligging in het stadje was top! Dakterras was heerlijk. Het gezinsappartement was heel ruim. Elke dag even schoonmaak. Vriendelijk personeel. Tegen betaling kan je een parkeerplaats huren.

De straat is wat druk bereden met auto’s dat geeft wat herrie als je op het balkon zit.

Ok but a bit expensive for the disruption and they should have been honest about the building work

I liked the staff and the apartment was simple but nice and everything worked

My apartment was right next to building work It obscured the view to the sea and was noisy with drilling all day, the wall of my bed was next to the drilling. I couldn’t use the balcony because it looked over men working looking into my balcony and I felt self conscious. Some of the pool area was in shadow and the building work made it too noisy

Just stayed one night in winter time

Super friendly front desk and location is great. Lots of restaurants close to the hotel

Apartment felt very dated and beds were not comfortable (very stiff, pillow was too thin)

Excellent stay , great location and spotless apartments. Staff very friendly.

Excellent location , great size apartment, spotless and everything in it that you need . All the staff where very friendly and helpful. Roof top pool was very handy , whether to just chill in the shade or if you wanted to sunbathe and use the pool to cool down .

The bed was just little bit to hard for me . My husband found it great . It was on a Main Street so could hear noise but once I put earplugs in it was fine and sleep very well .

It was a little bit basic for the price and would have benefited from a few extra touches, ie there were no drinking glasses in the cupboard only wine glasses, shower curtain blew in on you and stuck to you whilst showering (although very good pressure), fridge was not terribly cold Might have been nice to have some music playing in pool area during day… But overall happy, and lots of storage and hanging space in rooms

Had a fantastic week staying there, felt very relaxed , enjoyed every minute and would definitely book to stsy again in

Great location and amenities. Hotel very well presented and rooms nice and clean. Staff were very professional and friendly.

The 2 single beds pushed together were very uncomfortable, so we used the sofa bed instead and slept well on that.

Had a great week in a lovely town. The apartment was perfect for our stay.

On arrival we were met by a lovely member of staff (female, can't remember her name sorry) who was very welcoming. Our room was very clean with everything we needed provided. The roof top pool area was fantastic with plenty of sun beds and a lovely seating area. The location was perfect - we could walk to all of the many restaurants and bars available and it was also a short walk to the beach.

The only criticism was the fact that the balcony to our room (201) was facing a building site and there was some noise from the work being carried out there. Not a fault of the apartment block but not the best view from our balcony!

Excellent Location.

Excellent location. 5 minute walk to the beach, bars and restaurants. A spar shop opposite the hotel which was handy. All staff very friendly and helpful. Pool area was lovely, very quiet, never struggled for a sun lounger as we was the only ones up there most days. Rooms cleaned daily, fresh towels provided.

Very loud noise from people outside late a night. Also the rubbish bins being emptied and the street cleaners could be heard from our room between 3am - 5am daily. We would stay here again however would take ear plugs.

great location, nice and clean, enjoyable stay.

centrally located, very clean. apartment spacious and well equipped. lovely sun roof, quiet when we visited had the pool to ourselves most days, but unsure how busy it gets in height of season.

had booked through booking.com and advertised gym, however when we got there, gym is no longer available. this does show on hotels own website but not others. son slightly disappointed but did not affect my stay!

everything. The location was great for the winter. ALL the staff were excellent. It was a bonus to be able to park the car in their basement park

Facilities did not meet our expectations. No welcome pack. No information about places to visit

There was no breakfast. The cafe/restaurant was closed from 22nd December and does not open again until 9th January.

We were very disappointed that the cafe/restaurant was closed as we had seen it online and would have used it a lot as it looked very good value for money.

strongly recommend not to stay here

the front desk staff were very helpful in answering our queries and helping us. the location of e hotel is very good too. near to beach yet cannot hear partying sound

the room is not clean. the floor has a layer of sea water remnants over it so it’s abit grimey to step on. there was no soap provided. the bed and pillows r too soft

would definitely stay again

excellent location close to the marina and local bars, restaurants and beach. some great local bars particularly Project Social for food and cocktails. Apartment was cleaned daily. Pool area was quite during our stay and although basic there were always sun loungers available and pool was good for a quick swim and cool down. if your looking for an apartment in a good location and are ok to not have all the thrills this place is ideal.

little dated but this was reflected by the affordability of the accommodation

Location, Very good. Near beach, shops, and Restaurants. Easy to get around. Staff all excellent . Poole ok looking. but looking a little tired.. Beds need to be a bit more comfortable . To soft.
