Cómodo y con excelente ubicación.

Muy buena la atención del personal. La habitación muy amplia, cómoda y limpia. El desayuno muy bueno. Muy amable José. 100% recomendable.

Bom custo benefício

Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e a localização do hotel é muita boa. O quarto que ficamos possuía uma pequena varanda, muito agradável para tomar um vinho no fim da noite. Inclusive nos emprestaram o saca-rolhas e taças para tomarmos um vinho. Café da manhã simples, mas fresco, fomos muito bem atendidos pela Marta, que toda manhã preparava ovos mexidos muito gostosos.

O quarto em que ficamos possuía carpete, então para quem tem rinite, não é tão bom. Para pagar não foi possível utilizar o cartão recarregado com dólares, teve que ser pago com o cartão de crédito tradicional (mas pelo o que eu entendi, isso não é um problema do hotel, é que para ter isenção do IVA o pagamento precisa ser em dólares, e esses cartões fazem a conversão para a moeda local.

Pessoas que trabalham no hotel sempre são solicitas com os pedidos, sempre preparam um lanche para os passeios e me ajudaram muito em conhecer Santiago, recomendo a escolha.

Um exigente custo benefício. Eu e minha família amamos ficar no CHILHOTEL.

O atendimento dos funcionários foi de extrema gentileza, principalmente do proprietário! Eu e minha família fomos tratados muito bem durante toda a estadia.

No primeiro amanhecer a temperatura da água não estava adequada para o frio do Chile. Mas foi possível tomar banho. Todos os outros dias a água estava muito quente.

Maravilhoso do início ao fim

O aconchego me impressionou, me senti em casa mesmo estando a vários quilômetros dela. A localização é perfeita, na frente do hotel tem um mercado que faz toda diferença e na avenida (que são a poucos metros do hotel) tem vários barzinhos, restaurantes, farmácias.. tudo que precisamos está muito perto e a segurança do bairro é muito boa mesmo. TODOS os funcionários são extremamente maravilhosos, educados e gentis. Santiago além de nos fazer conhecer lugares incríveis, conhecemos pessoas incríveis. Recomendo Chilhotel mil vezes!

Si buscas un espacio seguro y confortable, este es el lugar.

Me gusto mucho el hotel por la atención, que es excelente, muy disponible el personal de servicio. Necesitaba una lámparita para trabajar con el computador y me consiguieron sin poner mayor problema. De verdad que lo recomiendo para mujeres que viajan sola, por poquitos días y necesitan un lugar seguro y confortable.

Sugiero mejorar la conexión de internet, en ocasiones se caia y en más de alguna ocasión tuve que conectarme a mi celular. Aunque esto solo paso un par de veces.

Ótima recepção :) Todo o atendimento no hotel foi excelente, pessoas com um show de simpatia, foram super solícitos, educados e pacientes!! Ótimo café da manhã também!! Além de tudo, ótima localização, a rua faz esquina com a Avenida Providência, lugar que além de ser tranquilo para caminhar, é possível encontrar de tudo! Com certeza quando voltar à Santiago, ficarei por lá :)

Ótima localização e atendimento

Os funcionários são muito solícitos, a Mercedes nos recebeu super bem e indicou passeio, amei. Vale destacar que o café da manhã apesar de simples atende a necessidade com muita variedade, boa localização perto do metrô e restaurantes, ponto positivo para frigobar ajuda em lances fora de hora.

Conforto da cama, ela atende o básico. Então, para poucos dias não há o que se preocupar. O travesseiro poderia ser mais confortável.

Kind, helpful staff and very good location in Santiago.

The staff at Chilotel was so very hospitable and kind. Helpful, provided exceptional service....including allowing us to leave a suitcase for a period of time when checked out, with a plan to return later in the week and to do a load of laundry for us (extra fee.) Breakfast was very satisfactory. The same offering each of the days we stayed - fine none the less.

The facility is not fancy. The rooms are all different....some felt more comfy than others. Our family was not IN the hotel for much of the time, so these lodgings were very satisfactory.

Good if you aren’t spending any time in the hotel.

Staff is super friendly and welcoming. Location is super good and near many restaurants.

Wifi is very bad in the 3rd floor and unfortunately I found a flea in my bed.

Good value for money

The staff was nice and supportive, they helped me with everything I needed.

The WIFI connection was unstable, definitely not good enough to have a video call or use any streaming service.

Small hotel with a personal touch

This place gave us amazing service! On our first day when we wanted to explore the city, Mercedes gave us map, showed where the hotel was on the map, as well as the closest metro station, then circled the highlights of the city! The night before the morning we checked out, they arranged our ride to the bus station (very helpful since we don’t speak Spanish). On the morning we left, they fixed breakfast for us a 6:15am - their normal breakfast doesn’t start until 7:30. The room was perfect, absolutely no complaints! I highly recommend it!
