Struttura bella, pulita e rilassante. discrezione degli ospiti, comodo accesso spiaggia. Parcheggio disponibile. Bellissima vista della baia.Colazione eccezionale

Location, servizi, cortesia, gentilezza, pulizia, mare e spiaggia, ristorante i faraglioni, colazione..tutto perfetto oltre le aspettative

Camera basic troppo calda, senza ascensore, ristorante in spiaggia non eccellente e prezzi sopra la media, ultimo giorno volevamo rimanere un po di piu in spiaggia e chiedendo in reception alla persona avanti a noi è stato detto che andava bene, a noi che avremmo dovuto pagare un supplemento 😕 non ho capito la motivazione. Inoltre troppe barche in mare.

In Paradiso come è noto non si mangia un granché

Sono anni che torno in questo posto fantastico con la famiglia. Il contesto è meraviglioso, la struttura bellissima. Lo staff quasi del tutto di ragazzi dei comuni limitrofi, sempre gentile e professionale

Il ristorante per offerta e qualità non è all’altezza di tutto il resto, ma la cosa che crea più disagio è l’assenza totale di segnale telefonico (almeno per il gestore Vodafone) e il segnale Wi-Fi debolissimo. Se poi si aggiunge il telefono fisso rotto in camera…

Colazione variegata , anche con prodotti del territorio . Posizione fantastica e ombrellone e lettino compresi nel costo della camera in un posizione straordinaria.

Un hotel 4 étoiles en pleine nature, d'exception, à ne pas rater

nous avons aimé le cadre en pleine nature dans une jardin paysagé de multiples essences d'arbres, d'arbustes, de fleurs, de palmiers et feuillus etc ..avec plage privative au calme dans une crique en contre bas accessible par ascenseur, les transats les serviettes, la surveillance, les canoës de mer, la douche de plage. Le confort de la chambre, appartement dans des petits immeubles d'un étage répartis dans le parc arboré et sa décoration. la gentillesse du personnel ++ Les locaux communs ouverts sur le jardin, un patio et la mer : très agréables, le bar lounge de l'étage et le superbe restaurant (pour diner et le petit déjeuner) donnant sur la mer adriatique (magique) et ses falaises aux oiseaux marins. La qualité des produits servis. La piscine agréable et belle. Domaine sécurisé par gardien. Un lieu d'exception. Rapport qualité-prix ++

Les horaires de fermeture de la piscine à 18h45, pas d'étagère pour ranger les vêtements dans la chambre même si belle penderie, la chambre accessible que vers 17h30 au lieu de 15h30.

Sehr schön angelegte, großzügige, gepflegte Anlage, traumhafter Strand.

Die Anlage ist sehr großzügig, alles sehr gepflegt. Die Zimmer sind auf mehrere Häuser verteilt. Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die wenigsten sind barrierefrei. Ein wunderbarer Strand, allerdings ist der Aufzug zum Strand nur über Stufen erreichbar. Sehr freundliches und engagiertes Personal.

Die Anlage wurde im Laufe des Mai erst "hochgefahren", viele Angebote waren nicht vorhanden, bei der Ankunft war nicht einmal das Restaurant in Betrieb (was bei der sehr entlegenen Lage nicht komfortabel ist). Auf der Hotel - homepage war diesbezüglich keinerlei Information vorhanden.

Wonderful location in a very nice setting

The location is unique and stunning. Absolutely fabulous. Private beach and view of faraglioni ! Really exceptional.

For this kind of property, our room was a bit too small. Also the transparent room to the bathroom was not a good choice

Paradise on heart

It's a little slice of Italian paradise, far away from reality. The hotel is impeccably organised, very good breakfast, breathtaking views and elevator on an incredibly beautiful, faraglioni bordered beach thriving with fishes and clear waters.

I liked everything! Maybe the hotel could step up if it had more facilities. A gym overlooking the bay, or a spa with masseurs. The dinner at the restaurant was good, but with that quality of ingredients could have been even better.

It was a perfect and elegant beach vacation.

Everything was exceptional. The beach and decor were stunning. I really enjoyed having a reserved beach chair everyday. The Puglian dinner on Thursday was wonderful.

There is nothing that I would change. It was great in all aspects.

I enjoyed it so much that I would love to make the long trip back.

Everything was fantastic. The staff was excellent from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, the food was very good, breakfast was lovely. The location was fabulous with a gorgeous beach.

Fabulous location, loved the private beach and the unexpected room upgrade made stay very special!

disappointing after traveling so far

The breakfast was fantastic and the location by virtue of being on the ocean and in a National park were stunning and the beach itself was fantastic. The wine was fantastic!

Only one beach was open for our use, but this was understandable given the time of year. The food in general except for the breakfast was atrocious and most of the seafood was frozen, mushy, and smelled bad with exception of the sea bass. I would question the shrimp, lobster, octopus, and calamari whether they were safe to eat, the shrimp smelled, and everything aside from the main fish was either mushy, slimy, or rubbery. Some staff were apologetic and understanding and tried to make our stay pleasant but other staff was put offish and snickered at either our questions or comments. Descriptions of the food in either Italian or english were wholly not accurate fyi, and the panini sandwiches were horrible. The best food we have had in Italy so far we paid the least for and this hotel was over priced for the food and the accomadations. The last night they moved us as we asked to stay a third, and the 2nd room was not comfortable, bed was not comfortable, pillows were lumpy and they neglected to put cups in our room for coffee and never brought us bottled water each day

Heaven On Earth

Everything went well, I expected a lot and discovered that every single aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. It truly is difficult to put into words what this paradise on earth really is, heavenly is the only word that fits.

The only think we didn't like was the fact that we couldn't stay longer, we're already planning our visit.
