The residence met all our expectations. Located on a hill outside the city of Vieste, it provided a spectacular view of the city and the sea. Giovanni, who met us at the reception desk to give us the key was, in all respects, welcoming, friendly and very helpful - giving us suggestions regarding restaurants in the area as well as helping us with our heavy luggage. Our apartment was quiet and spacious - it had a large, well furnished kitchen, and a wonderful view of the sea. A score of 10 is well deserved.

The pool is clean and of a reasonable size.
The property, overall, is clean and the staff are thorough professionals, especially, Giovanni and Matilde.

The place is a beautiful garden estate amidst olive orchards that sits on top of a hill, offering an amazing view of Vieste! Breakfast was excellent, and a huge plus is the free parking pass for access to the town, and access to La Bussola beach inclusive of an umbrella and beach beds.
Nothing to dislike.

Beautiful view, the facilities were clean, the garden and pool area were very nice and well cared for. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The walls transfer a lot of noise from the neighbouring flats.

Place is relatively new and well maintained. Internal parking is quite big and easy to use. Rooms were simple but everything was in place. View from the terraces of the rooms and the hotel itself is amazing. Pool and bar area is very nice place to spend some time.
The price for the view is the distance from the sea - it is walking distance but returning up the hill is quite demanding.

The view from there is marvelous.
Very thin walls so you hear all your neighbor' activities which might be very unpleasant especially early in the morning.

The view from the room and the pool in Vieste! Wow!
Nothing all was ok

The view and the pool were just outstanding. The breakfast was very good as well. The staff was excellent.
I rented a 2 bedroom with sea view. There was no sea view, just some greenery. When you reserve via booking.com, specify that you want the second floor with SEA view. That illiminates the noise from the people above you as well. The apartment could have more cutlery, plates, kitchen stuff in general. It is functional, but small and not special.

Giovanni is a fantastic host, and recommended various places to visit. The hotel is beautiful, super clean and has an amazing view of the ancient city. Great pool and beautiful gardens all around.
Nothing. Everything was excellent.

The room was comfortable but basic. The viewes from the balcony were incredible. The pool was big and nice. There was also a small playground for children. You could also go to olive orchard nearby. The breakfast was basic - crossaints, coffee, jam. The wifi was good.

The breakfast was really good, typical Italian with very fair prices!! Great parking and everything was really clean. The stuff was very friendly and the whole vacation was nice.
The mattress were quite uncomfortable in one of the bedrooms(in the other one was ok) and the beddings were really uncomfortable to use, just a sheet and blankets..
