Location was excellent. Directly across the street from the beach and within walking distance to several restaurants, shops, etc. View from room was beautiful.
Grounds was very clean and well kept.
Staff was very helpful, friendly and welcoming.
My only issue was the lack of elevator. Definitely not a deal breaker as staff was able to help with luggage so it helped a lot.

Cleanliness. Staff at front desk were very friendly and professional. Ryan was awesome. My cousin and I checked in late and he went to get us food. We only stayed 1 night but will return in the future.

Breakfast was good. Only complaint was that the pool closed too early in the evening. Would have enjoyed a swim after supper.

Belle emplacement face à la plage, hôtel à taille humaine, proche des transport en commun de l’île, personnel accueillant et très sympathique.
Petit-déjeuner léger et peu diversifié.

The staff members were extremely courteous and helpful. The location is ideal as it is within walking distance to many things including beaches, super market, restaurants, starbucks etc. You can easily catch a bus into town and explore/ shop.
The breakfast included with the room did not meet expectations as it was a continentalbreakfast only. Most likely you would have to pay additional to order some protein off the menu which they will prepare for you fresh. However our group was very disappointed as Bookings stated breakfast included but didn't inform us that it was a continental dry breakfast only. Upon checking in we were informed by front desk. We asked to speak with management as we believed we were mislead. Bookings should update the advertisement so future customers would be aware that is a continental breakfast which does not include any proteins.

The mango tree requires grooming in order to get a better beach view from the room.

The staff was very friendly and I liked the location.
Breakfast could’ve been better.

The hotel is next to the beach and you have restaurants within walking distance. Also not too far from a 24hr gas station that has a DELI which was great for a late-night snack and early morning Breakfast. Points they serve hot chocolate and coffee.

Location was very convenient. Walking distance to the beach, shopping centers and restaurants. Staff is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Every aspect of the hotel was clean including poolside. The staff ensured the area was always dry.
The stairs. Elevators would be very good. Breakfast could be a bit more to include oatmeal packets.

The breakfast was adequate, but repeat repeat and after 4 days it was boring. Pineapple and watermelon wedges cut so thin you could mail ihem. which made us feel stingy to take several. They don't get it that the lushness of fruit comes in the pulp...and when in the tropics that. Is basic. Same 2 pastries each day, no yogurt or protein like cheese or eggs. We ordered eggs from menu but they had not heard of poached eggs so that was practise.
The grounds were well tended, lobby furnishings nice and tropical vibe and the place was spotless. The pool was ok and it had a new tile decking since the online photo.
The courtyard cafe was badly managed. Five waitresses hanging out at noon admiring their new belts; as I order burhers. Evangelina seemed to be a trainee and writing an order was a chore. Each morning a 90ish disabled man (wearing compression stockings,) came, was seated by the entrance to make his shuffle to the table4-5 times. Angelina sat at the front desk or disappeared to the bathroom....I presume she was a hostess so no effort beyond that. Finally my husband served him on our third day. There was more effort put into their acrylic nails than service. Really, remove them: the folks your hotel attracts don:,t care. Nicola was efficient but not always there.
Similarly the first day we had a difficulty with our room maid who was very confronting when we were surprised our room was not made up at 3pm. Her bucket was nearby so we used it to brace our door open so she ran to report to her supervisor that we were stealing her bucket. LOL.
There are 12 loungers to serve the hotel of 75? rooms...piggishly taken predawn by long- term guests. Fourth day new arrivals took all the loungers and placed together for their pack. If it was Cuba we would know they were French Canadians!!
Pay attention to rooms S they vary....peaked rooms at front have glass, get a.m. sun and no black outs. Ours was to left of lobby, 3rd floor but no elevator if you are a senior, as we. The inside rooms by pool have big decks + some of the peaked types. Ask.

location travel around island

very noisy. limited food available on site, staff not really interested in being helpful
really nothing would not go again
3.5
bed was comfy
we paid for a pool courtyard view. we were not given this. the staff were miserable and totally not interested.
there was no blanket just a sheet. it was cool at night
3.5
our room was right near the pool and ideal for the children. The cleaning lady was fantastic as were the front desk and security staff
The lack of atmosphere around the pool and limited bar/staff. Breakfast service was disorganised and very slow. It would have been much quicker having All Continental breakfast on 1 table. Toast/cakes orange juice etc instead of having to ask for individual things, With coffee-milk-bowls etc running out the staff would be more useful replenishing these instead of ad hoc drinks.
A shower room would be beneficial in this hotel as there seems to be a lot of unused rooms on the ground floor.
background music at the pool is a standard at most hotels and they would have a better trade at the bar

the property looked good on arrival but going to the rooms there were a few sight sores
first off, there was no elevator and we felt as this we were stuff away in a corner four flights up and the room felt uninhabited for a very long time, the floor tiles looked unsuitable for a guest room and more suited for a driveway or outdoor usage. we had no hot water for the duration of the stay and it was not addressed promptly even tho the complaint was place from the night we arrived, no hot water was a major inconvenience and only got checked at the end of the stay. we had to ask to be compensated as none was offered for the inconvenience, which was not enough for the discomfort we endured for the stay. the stay was advertised with breakfast inclusive which ended up being fruits cake and a hot beverage leaving us having to pay an additional $50 for two omelets. we had been seated before other guest and had to wait really long to be served which happened after guests seated after us. The house keeper came to the room before our check out time and made us feel as tho we were being rushed to leave which really upset us after everything we went through.
