Exceptional

The owner is very friendly. The room had all the amenities you could think of and then some more. It is very close to the beach. I was given a free bottle of wine. The AC blows cold, the bed is big and soft, the water is warm, the fridge had marmalade and butter inside.

The WiFi signal inside the room is bad. You can only get it to work near the head of the bed. This was not a huge issue to me.

Honestly and sincerely this place is heaven on earth.

I have been very well looked after by George ( the owner) and his family from the moment of booking until the check out time nothing was too much trouble for them. I felt they are like my family. Despite my very late arrival, George was waiting for me smiling and welcoming me to the apartment, offered me traditional local products for the breakfast , and a bottle of cold water and wine. He also told me everything I needed to know about the area, showed me around .The beach is close by, has the sand and the water very similar to the one I have seen in Maldives. Absolutely loved every minute spent there. At the departure George gave me a bag of traditional nuts as gift as well. I am so looking forward to go back.

Great place to stay

Nice appartement on probably the best beach in Corfu not too crowded. George the landlord is just great. Very helpful with a big smile. Brought us some tomatoes, bread and wine and even travelled all the way from Corfu city one evening when we were locked outside with the keys inside. Thanks again George! 😄

Great holiday in Greece

Lovely apartment, very spacious with lots of character, terrace with a view on the sea. George was a very friendly host, gave us some complimentary food. About 3 minutes to the local supermarket, 10 minutes to the beach. Kids loved the place and we would definitely come back.

Superb

Akis Apartments was perfect for a relaxing holiday. The beach is moments away and George was so kind, he gave us fresh home grown tomatoes, Greek wine and bread. It is a little difficult to travel round Corfu without a car (the nearest bus is a 30 minute uphill walk away, difficult in the heat!) but the location itself is beautiful. The photos do not do the view from the apartment justice. Very good value.

The location was absolutely fantastic. Close to the beach and 3 minutes to the mini supermarket. Nice apartment with air conditioning in all rooms. The terrace was great, with a nice view. Nice kitchen

Exceptional

The accommodation is located in one of the most beautiful bays of Corfu. It is situated on the hillside and offers a beautiful view of the bay. The garden radiates great cosiness due to the Mediterranean planting and you immediately feel at home thanks to the incredibly nice host. We have never experienced such an obliging host in all our travels around the world. The often quoted saying that you come as a stranger and leave as a friend is true here.

relaxing in the sun

the host was very friendly and helpful. he gave us fresh bread every day. from the terrace there is a beautiful view of the sea and the starry sky.

The house is situated in such a way that it is necessary to rent a car. There is good bus communication, but to the nearest stop you have to walk about 1 km up the hill.

Everything was perfect

The apartment has a nice view and is very close from the beach, also you can find all you need inside to prepare some food if you want. George is a nice guest and a special person, all the time he was carefully with us and very kind.

Disappointing

Panorama was great. Location good, close to the beach

Old and musty furniture. Dark rooms with small window. Not easy to park with bigger car as the parking space and the width of the street limits each movement.

We will definetly come back

Great Host - tomatoes, peppers and something for breakfast as Welcome Gift. Tasty bread and coockies for our trip back home. Also very friendly and helpful with all our questions. Great location - beautiful View, near the beach (you can walk easily - also with a little baby), in the middle of the island, super Market nearby.
