the staff were nice, they knew the facilities were bad and didn’t argue with you.
1. no internet connection in the rooms at all. whoever I spoke to had the same problem. the internet only worked in the lobby (not even at restaurant for breakfast.
2. breakfast was shocking. very poor, for the price you pay for breakfast at the hotel, go and buy food from the street. good I ate everywhere else was absolutely amazing.
3. location isn’t great, too far from pyramids, Souk and other tourist attractions
4. it wasn’t clean. it was dusty and dirty on surfaces.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating, room was large and had fridge, bar area, view of pool
At check in was told I paid Egyptian price so I had to pay extra which I was not expecting. This could be the fault of booking company but not sure. My taxi driver said hotel in a poor run down part of city and was afraid to leave me there, he asked me if I wanted to go to another hotel. The pool was under repair, so by the time it was fixed and filled I only had 1 day to use it but water was very cold. Road outside hotel was in bad condition and I fell into a hole and badly sprained my ankle, which was swollen for 2 weeks. Staff at restaurant were helpful and filled bag with ice. Hotel on one way street which made it difficult for tour operators picking me up. I dont like writing bad reviews but this is my honest experience.

It is at a back street so it was quiet and you can sleep very well. The cleaning and breakfast staff were very nice and talking.
The facilities were running down. Very old hotel and feels like next maintained since 1980s. There is no wifi at all.
