Great peaceful stay with helpful staff

The location was great, just a two minute walk from the beach and because its located on the north of the island, it was a lot more peaceful Staff at reception were great and organised us free boat transfer from the main Phi Phi pier as well as a boat tour

When we first arrived our room had ants crawling in through a hole in the wall and they were all over our beds and walls, when we asked to change rooms we got given a room with no ants but the price difference wasnf refunded (we got given a cheaper room than booked) but I guess that's just their policy

Nice stay in a nice place I’d recommend the snorkeling tour that we have shared with other people but everyone loved it

Everything fine but noisy bars in the neighborhood

Fairly priced and adequate for the location near the excellent beach. Helpful owner and free pick up one way from the main port.

We have picked this location on the Phi Phi Don hoping to avoid noisy, loud bars in the island center. Simple wanted a quiet place to stay. Unfortunately, there are two loud bars just across the property. They are so loud that no property in the area is able to escape the noise. while is not the property’s fault, on the other hand, the property owners could, agree that they want to provide a quiet accommodation not the one with the loud music till 2 o’clock in the night and jointly force the bar to go more silent, close earlier, or just re-profile us restaurants.

very loud. we had bar just right near our room. I didn’t have any sleep. but next day I told it to receptionist and he change our room. I think he could expect woman with 3 kids wouldn’t be happy to have disco party all night in her room….

The perfect family beach holiday

We were looking for a location to have the perfect family beach life holiday and this was perfect. Loh Bagao Bay is not a big holiday resort but has easy access to three amazing beaches on Phi Phi Don and through renting a longtail or speed boat is the perfect base for exploring these beautiful tropical islands. Having travelled widely throughout Thailand this is our favourite beach location by far (and that's with some outstanding competition.) The small fishing village offered everything we needed; a couple of shops for general supplies, excellent local restaurants and two amazing bars. The people are incredibly friendly and made all our family feel very welcome.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Close to the beach and restaurants in a remote part of Phi Phi Don. Very helpful staff helping with arrangements.

We stayed in the older cottage nr.3 which is fully exposed (as all 1-4) to nearby clubs/bars playing super loud music even after midnight. Impossible to sleep and even worse with children. We did not appreciate that payment with card is charged with 5% extra. Also, count with 600Baht boat fee when leaving the property. Rooms are basic but ok considering the price.

Nice bedroom with spacious bathroom, air contitioning, wifi, nearby restaurants, beaches and many activities.

Bed is a little bit hard. But in general everything very good.

recommend hiking lovers go to have a try on trail to Phiphi three view points. the road is amazing!!!!

I stay here for three nights, everything is perfect especially the helpful family owner and staff, they are so nice!!! thank you for helps during my solo travel here, must come back someday.

Quiet place in a remote part of Phi Phi

Resort is placed in a very quiet part of Phi Phi. The owner was super helpful and friendly, always ready to give us a few tips.

The place is quite far from the centre of Phi Phi so it's not a good place for those who're looking for a party. There were some cockroaches in a bathroom on the first day, and furniture needs some renovation.

Stunning

The most brautiful part of Phi Phi. Kind staff stunning location. Other gorgeous beachesto walk to, snorkeling fab. My son & my 13'year old granddaughter wanted to stay forever. Lovely selection of bars cafes, lots of choice. Whole village exceptionally friendly. Very safe ' easy.

Exceptional

Room is big compared to other hotels on phi phi, location is convenient, 5 minutes walk to the beach, ~30 minutes hike to nui bay, nice restaurants close to hotel. Free pickup service from tonsai pier and the hotel owner met me on the beach from the boat transfer and took me on a tuktuk to the room which was very nice. Also you can ask for a transfer back to tonsai pier- it’s still cheaper than a taxi boat. The room itself is clean and comfy. And every day they fill your fridge with free water bottles and it’s very nice.

There’s not much to do around so I wouldn’t recommend staying in this part of the island for a long time.
