super clean and very nice location
i ve found the 3 ‘floor’bunk bed very dangerous as the ladder is very small and i hurt myself going down.it will be very nice to turn the brightness of the corridor light during the night : if someone opens the door you wak up as the lighr is very strong.the room code is too long and difficult!

The staff were very friendly and accommodating! They answered all my questions, and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. There was free fruit and coffee in the morning, which was lovely!
The one thing that was tricky was how high the top locker was. Luckily I'm tall so I could reach it.

Really great location in the centre of the city. Easy to get to everywhere and very near to the coastline. Near to lots of restaurantsband bars
Beds not the most comfortable. Also you stay in triple bunk beds so is a bit squeezed

It was my first time staying at a hostel and it couldn't have gone any better. The place was very clean, the view was amazing and the location was just perfect. A special THANK YOU to Sebastian, Luna and Sandra for being so friendly, welcoming and super helpful.

Super clean specially the bathroom
The third bed in the bunker is the most uncomfortable, the stairs to get there 😑

The location of the hostel is brilliant as it is only a short 15-20 minute walk to the main station. It is also right next to the water and the main centre of Santander. The view from the hostel room and the living room in particular is beautiful. Loved the individual pockets provided with each bed - such a good idea!
The room is not quiet and the price was a bit high for one night. Particularly when online it says you cannot check in until 5pm. This is the latest check in I have experienced and means you are paying a lot for not even 24 hours. Also did not appreciate that some people we believed were working in the hostel had a conversation at 1 in the morning in the bedroom. They tried to be quiet but not the point.

Ornella was very kind and helpful. The kitchen was clean, had a great food storage organization system and most implements needed for cooking. The common areas were beautiful, they offered lots of space for you to sit. It also had a beautiful table close to the window with great views of the street and the ocean. Getting in and out of the hostel was very easy any time you wanted. Beds had their own lamps and pockets for keeping stuff like phones, charger, notebooks and pens.
Bathroom was very small and a bit uncomfortable. Beds were okay in general but I got the lowest one and my mattress looked thinner than the rest. The curtain in my bed didn't work all the way so wasn't able to cover my bed completely. I probably would've get them changed if I asked, but I didn't, so take that into account.

No breakfast even though it said it was included, actually there was only free tea and coffee which is good enough. Too much noise from the street, we woke up a few times. The place was hot and humid (maybe better air conditioning given the size of the rooms and the amount of people in them?). Never had I seen a triple bunk bed and honestly thought it was a bit dangerous and felt sorry for the lowest bed on the floor. Bathroom difficult to use. Overall I appreciate the effort: every bed had some nice storage pockets on the sides and a plug socket which is good to keep your phone charged while using it in bed. And the staff was nice and caring. Really beautiful living room.

location is amazing, the hostel was clean and well lit Ike’s after.
Because the location was in the city it was very loud all night.
