Great view. Good location. Great night’s sleep. Nice and quiet.
Steep walk at some points to get there with luggage, but quite a lot of St Ives is steep!

The view and the host were fantastic featuring a nice comfortable bed and a perfect location. The host really went above and beyond to make our stay there a good one. Giving good suggestions for walks and dining spots, even gathering tickets for us for the NYE party.
rather a lot of condensation on the windows.

Stayed in the top room of the hotel, with gorgeous views over the sea and beach. Couldn't have had a better view!
The bed was comfortable, the room was nice.
Loved St.Ives
No Cooked Breakfast. (This is one thing I always love when staying away in England.) But apparently due to the experimental vaccine of so called covid. All change stopped doing cooked breakfast. You could pick up cereal, milk, bread for toast downstairs to eat in your room? If your happy with that?
Oh my God the steep hill up to the hotel from the beach and main st ives.

We had the sea view room and were met with stunning ocean views each morning. The room had all the amenities we needed (and didnt know we needed). The bed was comfortable, the bathroom modern, and very clean. The location down to the beach couldn't be beat. Mary also warmly welcomed us and gave us some very helpful recommendations on restaurants and how to get around.

Good location, close enough to beach & town; breakfast cereal options were good, plus fresh fruit; premises were clean.
Parking is a squeeze but luckily we had a very small car. The lighting in our room (the one with two single beds) was dismal. Impossible to read at night except on a phone or tablet. The room itself is small & quite overcrowded with furniture. It’s a pity there is no other room where you can have breakfast.

Helpful and welcoming guest house situated close to the Tate Gallery and in a great location with sea view rooms available
No problems, but be aware it’s not for the unfit or infirm to walk to; clue is in the name, the guest house is on a high hill!

The kind of breakfast.

Absolutely fabulous location with fantastic sea views. Mary the Guest House host was very helpful, and told us about all the nice restaurants to dine at. St Ives is beautiful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Atlantic Heights Guest House :))
We liked everything :))

For accommodations with free parking I was really close to the center. Mary was casually friendly, giving of her time freely. Everything worked great, was comfy and for a place without breakfast there were many breakfast dishes offered, such as cereals, fruit, milk, coffees and more.

The room was very spacious and comfortable with a fantastic view. There was plenty of choice for breakfast and Mary kept the food choices well stocked.
Can't complain about anything.

Great location looking over the bay. Mary was very helpful great knowledge and advice of booking events. Room was clean the bed was very comfortable . Transport around st ives I would suggest the hope on/off bus you see a lot more plus you don't have to worry about parking plus also enjoy the few pubs dotted a long the way.
The walk up the hill is challenging lucky it is not too far, but then the view at the end ... its all worth it.

Mary is an exceptional host. She makes sure you go to the right places and eat the nicest food! She helps you with everything she can.
The room has the most impressive views and the bed is super comfortable. Location wise is also really good, you are next to Porthmeor beach and less than 10 min walking from the town centre. Highly recommended.
Nothing. Everything was just perfect.

Mary is a fantastic host, very welcoming and friendly, the room was very clean and comfortable, cosy with lovely decor. Great location for exploring St Ives with just a short walk to the beaches and into town. Would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend

Due to the current pandemic of coronavirus, breakfast was supplied in the form of cereal, bread, jams, milk, fruit. There were facilities in the room, kettle, toaster and fridge. I was very happy with this arrangement. The room was lovely and the house was situated in a brilliant location within easy walking distance of St Ives town and harbour. Mary the hostess was very helpful and friendly, I will definitely return and can easily recommend it as a place to stay.
I would have liked a sea view room but I booked last minute and was grateful to have a room in a very well situated guest house.

Great location, very friendly owner and lovely clean room with tv, kettle, toaster and a gorgeous en-suite! With everything you need for breakfast and tea/coffee provided!
Not much to fault at all! Although for the price it seemed a little steep for one room, you can’t expect much more with only a few months notice, it has not put us off returning😊

Lovely host. Very helpful and friendly.
Beautiful views of the beach and The Atlantic. Large, comfortable and bright room (family room, top floor).

Beautiful guest house, fully equipped and comfortable beds.Amazing location, walking distance to the beach and city centre. Very clean, made you feel safe and comfortable as the property has implemented plenty of covid safe procedures. Mary was an excellent host, friendly, professional and with such an incredible energy!

Excellent location for walking to the beach and town of St Ives and parking for a small car which is a bonus. Great view of Porthmeor beach from some rooms and the garden. The family room was spacious very clean and comfortable with a large bathroom and lovely shower. Although because of covid there wasn’t a cooked breakfast . Mary provided several cereals and porridge ,bread , preserves, butter, milk tea, coffee and hot chocolate all that you could toast and eat in your room also a great little berry box .She is very well organised welcoming and informative and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay even Boris’s G7 summit couldn’t spoil it. We would thoroughly recommend this property . It is on a very steep hill but you only have to walk half way up the hill and it gets easier everyday !!!
