Very good

It is very pleasant to have breakfast on the terrace of the hotel. breakfast is average, not much variety.

Although we went at the end of May, the room was cold and the heating was not active. we asked for extra duvet and slept.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel it’s what a small hotel should be.

The staff where all welcoming and friendly. the room was clean as was the rest of the hotel. it’s exceptionally quiet. decorations.

Lack coffee making facilities and refrigerator. the shower was a little hard to get in and out of. the drinking glasses were not changed.

Charming hotel in a peaceful area.

Perfectly clean hotel, lovely friendly, helpful staff. A beautiful reading area at the top of the stairs under the skylight. I am left with the impression of having staying in a very charming small hotel.

Warm and cozy

Great place to rest, very friendly, human and helpful staff. The spaces are wide, the rooms comfortable, everything is always clean and in its place. Very cozy, I felt at home.

Disappointing

It was clean and it has good ambiance

The room is very dark. The shower is too small that you could barely move around. There was no kettle or coffee machine. The breakfast is very poor. The way that leads to the hotel is very dirty and has a lot of stones. It is definitely not worth the price. If you want a different staying maybe for one night you can stay but not more

The room was big .

When booking ,we were never warned that the reception closes at 7 pm.This should be a bed and breakfast.It is NOT a hotel.We were travelling by train from Munich,reaching at midnight.To be sure of our booking I happened to call the hotel at about 6.30 pm.I was told that reception would be closed after 7 pm.It caught us unawares.We never ever expected this .If we knew,we would never have booked.We wanted a hotel ,a proper hotel.We received a mail from the hotel ONLY after my call instructing us how we were going to get keys after filling a code.As we are from India,we were very bothered whether this arrangement was going to work out.That too post midnight in winter at Zero degrees temperature and probable snow . THIS WAS NOT WHAT WAS TOLD TO US . AND WAS TOTALLY UNEXPECTED.

Nice solid place, solid breakfast, pleasant facilities

Staff was very nice and made arrangements for me to get into the room even though I arrived late. Breakfast was solid. Not very varied perhaps but a good solid breakfast. The room was really pleasant with more than enough hot water, nice and clean and spacious for a solo traveler or couple. Pleasant neighborhood during the day, not too far from the center.

Late at night the neighborhood becomes slightly less pleasant, a bit seedy. There isn't an U/S-bahn really near, which can be a bit tiresome if you've a lot to carry or go often to the center. The rooms do not lock automatically when the door is closed, and housekeeping once forgot to lock the door after them - I came back to find the door unlocked. To be sure, there is also a locked front door but this is not very reassuring. Hopefully they will find a solution.

Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed, fast WiFi, great location with plenty street parking spots, breakfast was nice.

Stayed in the summer; room was either quite warm and quiet with the windows closed, or cool and noisy with the windows open. Came quite late to breakfast which meant some things were already gone, not to be refilled.
