LA CORTESIA DE LAS MANZANAS EN RECEPCION. LOS ALIMENTOS EN LA ALBERCA. EL TAMAÑO Y LA TEMPERATURA DE LA ALBERCA. AUNQUE SOLO LA PUDIMOS USAR DOS DIAS POR EL HURACAN

La zona de alberca está en mantenimiento, por lo tanto hay piedras y está sucia la alberca. El cuarto varios detalles (no funcionaba bien el aire, el wc fuga de agua, no tenía puerta el área del wc)

En su reseña señalan que no se aceptan niños y es lo que más abunda !!! No es un lugar tranquilo, demasiado escándalo! Si deseas descansar no es el lugar idóneo. Los precios en restaurante son excesivamente caros, la comida no lo vale !

Beautiful time celebrating our Anniversary

Location was beautiful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Amenities were great. Room was large and comfortable

It was not what we expected.

The staff was very nice, the beach is at a great place.

The hotel is very old, the service is really slow, they didn´t gave us the rooms they offered, it was kind of dissapointing because we expected a complete different experience. They treat you different if you booked whith booking than directely.

Great resort to relax in, not crowded and noisy like the all inclusive resorts next door.

nice and tranquil

the pool were nice and big. the beach it was quite and beautiful. the personal it was very nice and attentive. the hotel is very beautiful. The rooms have a nice view and they are big. The gym has good equipment.

The food in the restaurants weren't great. Also they need more personal in the bar that is at the pool and they need to start the service early and have ore towels more the pool. The rooms weren't clean early some days they were clean until late.

Beautiful location, service could be improved.

The hotel is on a beautiful beach, very easy to get to from the airport. The bell boys are wonderful and extremely helpful with luggage and arrange transport to other locations.

When I arrived I was ill and my luggage hadn't arrived. I didn't get much help from the staff. When I asked if they could provide slippers or anything to help they weren't very forthcoming. I had to go the next day to reception to pick up slippers despite calling and being told they were being delivered to my room. The same thing happened with towels - although there is a card in the room saying sheets and towels are changed daily unless requested otherwise, mine were not changed once. I had to ask for fresh towels on the penultimate day (after a week) and again they weren't delivered until I had to follow up. Also I had emailed the hotel months before to notify them I was vegan so they could ensure there were some options. There was hardly anything. A sandwich on the lunch menu that was "vegan" actually had cheese in it. When it arrived without cheese upon my request, it was some spinach leaves and 2 pieces of carrot in a sandwich which wasn't cheap either. I ordered crudités and guacamole however the crudités were brought out 30 minutes after the guacamole. On the last day, I went down to the beach in the morning and saw that glasses and food from the night before hadn't been cleaned from the loungers and birds were eating the leftovers.

This hotel is in a great location on a quiet beach. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed this property very much, especially the very attentive staff…everyone was friendly and you got the sense that they really cared that you enjoying your vacation there!

Our room at the end of the complex was in a quiet location but could use some updating. The lounge chair in our room had torn underlining visible and was worn. It was spacious however. The view to the left overlooked a work yard but had a great view of the ocean as well.

Nice peaceful quiet hotel with a lovely pool and close to the beach.

We liked the decor and the layout, the pool, how close to the beach it was and how quiet the resort is. The breakfast was really delicious.

We booked a room with a pool however the pool was extremely dirty and green so we were unable to use it. We requested it was cleaned numerous times (a few other friends staying at the hotel had the same issue) however ours wasn’t rectified til we were checking out, so we were quite disappointed. The manager on duty did refund our breakfast for the inconvenience which was something, however it was a real shame.

Сервис отсутствует… самый ужасный сервис из всех отелей, не говоря, что здесь 5звезд. Персонал не говорит на английском, с категориями номером обман, показывают одно, а после оплаты заселяют в другой или просят денег, причем сумма наобум. Даже в мелочах обман, вручают вам распечатку с акциями, где к кофе десерт подарок и приносят только кофе и с удивлением смотрят на распечатку. И уходят, ничего не говоря. В номере грязно. Заказать доставку в номер невозможно… это испорченный отдых

If going to Huatulco during September, I will most definitely stay there.

This is a great place to get away. I was told it was the low season so there weren't a lot of people there. It was peaceful and tranquil.

Cheaper food/drink options would be nice. My total for bar and restaurant were more than than the room price total.

Overall a relly great stay, we enjoyed it a lot.

The location was great, nice facilities and really close to the beach, the pool was as well really good. The restaurant near to the reception was good as well.

The price for the breakfast at MXN $430.00/pers. was a bit high for the offered food. The beach restaurant takes about 30-40 minutes to serve the food even on easy dishes like fries etc.

A wonderful introduction to a luxury stay in Huatulco!

We enjoyed lounging on the beach and taking dips in the pool. Our room was wonderful, especially our own private pool.

There were a few pieces of garbage in and around our room pool when we arrived. Our meals were hit or miss.

I love the view, and also the place is very peaceful.

The rooms need to be remodeled, and that the restaurants are under remodeling, so there are not too many options to eat.
