Attentive Staff
Phones not working and having to ask matainance to clean pool often

We changed to this hotel after one night at Las Brisas. It is lovely, and so much better in every way. Beautiful spot, great rooms, fabulous and accommodating staff.
No complaints. If I were being very fussy, the service at the pool could be a little slow, and is relatively expensive for lunch snacks.

We were on our honeymoon. Staff was fantastic and always very helpful. Breakfast was always very good. Restaurant was nice. since the hotel only has about 28 rooms it always felt very private and perfect for couples or honeymooners.
We had one of the suites with the private pool. Room was huge. Bathroom with a nice jacuzzi tub. 2 balconies, one with a hammock and below with the private pool. Sea views were amazing as it is on a hill.
It was a fantastic honeymoon and everything was brilliant. We will be looking to come back in the future.
The mattress was maybe a little bit too soft for our liking. Other than than everything was flawless.

Jairo and Juan were exceptionally helpful and did an amazing job during our stay. Our rooms were very clean and room service was excellent!
i requested a late check out due to our bus delay...6pm was granted but we had to pay half of daily fee, and if we stayed past 6pm, already considered a full day pay

The hotel's great location, nice suites and beautiful nature surroundings, providing a pleasant atmosphere. Previously, it had world-class services.
The deteriorated service quality. Unhygienic kitchen leading to serious illness from spoiled food. The need to eat outside the hotel due to food issues. Neglected infrastructure with non-functional appliances like the oven and waffle maker. Staff's laziness and lack of effort in the restaurant. Unreliable internet connection. Slow room service taking up to 2 hours. The price not justifying the current quality of service.

We loved the views, the property itself is positioned at the top of a hill and you get gorgeous views pretty much everywhere you look.
The service could sometimes take a long time (multiple calls to the front desk, 2.5 hours for a towel, 1 hour for coffee/toast etc.)

Room was spacious.
Our dinner was horrible. The filet minion and prawn were way over cooked, the salad was wilted, the soup had a peculiar unappetizing smell. We couldn’t eat our meals. The staff apologized and offered a discount.

Breakfast was delicious! We love the food and the view. And also they were serving what you chose, which avoids the food to be wasted. The King Suit was perfectly designed, the balcony and the huge hamak was amazing. Pool was clean. Hotel crew was very fast and helpful. Hotel was very clean and nature friendly, we could hear the birds and the waves. Every detail was thought perfectly, the furniture, the roof, the supplies, the jakuzi with an ocean view was priceless. We appreciate the good taste in every detail.
Wi-fi connection can be better.

Staff are the best: so friendly, so professional, really spoil you.
There was no chest of drawers or dressing table in the bedroom. That is really necessary as there is only one closet with a few hangers - it was not a real problem for us as we went for such a short time but it would've been if we stayed for longer. Also, I was disappointed with some of the cocktails at the beach (daiquiri and aperol spritz were not tasty and very watery) although some others were great (tamarind margarita and pina colada were very good). Finally, the hotcakes at breakfast were served with maple flavoured syrup rather than proper maple syrup: that is unacceptable in such a beautiful restaurant with such nice food: charge more if you need for the hotcakes but serve natural maple syrup please!

Beautiful hotel and setting with views, food and drinks good, staff mostly friendly.
Room too hot and unable to regulate below 25 Celsius. Reception and Maintenance wasted our time trying to diagnose and fix it after a long day of traveling when we just wanted to sleep!!!
Hotel tried to overcharge us based on inflated hotel exchange rate versus actual market exchange and had to involve the manager who eventually credited us the difference.

architecture, privacy and setting. amazing view
there is a lack of staff, so sometimes the wait times to get service are a bit long. also bed’s sheets weren’t soft.

Quiet location close to a fantastic beach. Staff super kind. Perfect Service. Nice experience different from noisy and crowded 'all inclusive' resorts so common in other parts of Mexico.
Everything was fine.

Gorgeous location, experienced and professional staff , excellent food at all times of the day. .. lovely nature especially the bird life all and all a very exceptional venue .. I heartily recommend it .
Very happy in general. It might have been nice to have a coffee maker in the room and knowing where to get water refills for our own water bottles .. not wanting to use plastic disposal ones.

the property is nice but getting tired and needs a little work. There could be a few more things like a better fridge, coffee maker, just a few items to make a snack in your room if you wanted to. They really need to address their menu and the items on it. They have a captive audience because of their location so need to make eating there a better experience. They know how to charge for the meals but they need to do a better job of hanging onto their guests. After a few nights we just went into town and had dinner which was also nice and they had a good verity to choose from.
The property has great potential and lots of good people work there, we loved it in some ways but frustrating when you see the potential and they just let it go. They also need a few things to do at the beach like kayaks, paddle boards, etc so you have some options besides just walking the beach.

beautiful property and location, friendly and courteous staff
the only things were that the bed was a bit too hard and I’d prefer to be on the beach, rather than up on a hill, but because of this, the views can’t be beat!

After visiting the area few times I'm pretty confident this is the best property in Huatulco - the hotel is beautiful and the facilities are excellent, all the way from the top with the beautiful balcony overlooking the bay, to the palapas on the beach.
The restaurants & bars at the hotel are a bit disappointing when compared to the overall quality of the property. Drinks by the pool are quite good, but food at both the beach club and the restaurant at the top is quite underwhelming given the general price point. The Quinta Bella on Chahue has much better food options (and for lower prices too!) so we ended up taking cabs and eating out multiple times, even though the scenery and location at the Quinta Real are far superior.

Superb location and views
Feels like understaffed for a 5 star hotel. The staff is great but in particular at the restaurants you can see few struggling with multiple guests.
