Event staff were amazing 👏
Hotel needed modernization was old and worn in rooms. Also, there is a strong smell of sewage in room.
This hotel is not in Cala dor and more located in cala egos

Great point close to many calas. It allowed us to travel easily to many beaches. Good amenities, good food, big spaces, adult and kids pool, parking spaces, restaurants around. Excellent staff, especially Rachid, thanks so much :)
Food was okayish. For many people, i wasn’t expecting a superb quality, but it has a good variety.

with 4 beds In and a nice balcony .. really good value
the bathroom window was very small it steamed up after the shower but apart from that all was good

excellent location, good variety of different foods, nice scenery
awful smell in the bathroom that would not go away, food was tasteless

Excellent location everything on your doorstep. Clean spacious rooms. Staff friendly. Good entertainment team. Food was lovely always something to nice to choose from. Would recommend the Italian corner and the pizza, best pizza I’ve ever had 👍. Pool was lovely no fight for sun beds. I shall book here again.
Only downside and would probably make me give it a 10/10 would be tea and coffee facilities in the room.

The staff at the hotel bar, cleaning and entertainment were exceptional. Entertainment was great the team made so much effort they really deserve the praise. There was food and drinks provided all day and night the hotel really made such an effort. If you have children this is a great place to stay. The white circus on a Monday is amazing. 😊

Nice pool
Food wasn't really good and not varied enough, chaotic dining room, large party's of travellers on a few occasions were so loud and riotous shouting and chanting throughout dinner time on occasions , enough to give anyone indigestion. No one minds a little frivolity but this was off the scale and disruptive. I
would not recommend this hotel. Reception staff were not very welcoming either.

The rooms were very comfortable. The cleaner was lovely, so we're the bar staff. Pool was lovely. Food was nice. Lovely looking hotel.
The smell of sewage in the bathroom and near the stage from the grate was absolutely disgusting. We spoke to reception twice but they didnt seem bothered and nothing was done. I also didn't realise the hotel was catered solely for french people. My children speak English and spanish, but the entertainment only bothered to speak mostly in French. Which was a massive shame. I felt like we were in france not mallorca.

Everything here exceeded our expectations! I don’t know where to start!! We stayed for a week and we could not fault the place.
1. Food - unbelievable!! We ate out 5 of the 7 nights as we wanted to get to explore the area etc. But everyday we had breakfast and lunch. They had sections were the food was cooked fresh infront of you like omelltte, chicken, fish, sausages, fried vegetables etc. As well as an “italian corner” with one gentlemen pumping out fresh pizzas on demand! These pizzas were to die for! We indulged everyday…as you do! I am a vegetarian and there was still loads on offer for myself, which isn't always the case in Spain sometimes!
Room: Nice and spacious, With a nice balcony overlooking the pool. We got fresh linen everyday.
Animation: as you’re probably aware from previous reviews this hotel is predominantly French, making up 90%. With the other 10% British and German. But that didn't bother us and all were very friendly and hospitable. But obviously the means most of the animation was in french. But we didn't mind that either as they were not like normal animation ramming it down your throat. All of them were very friendly and their entertainment was nicely spread out over the day.
Location - Brilliant. Right next to the beach (Cala Egos). We would often go here after breakfast and then return to the hotel for lunch and indulge in the all inclusive drinks….and there were plenty. There is a small complex of shops bars and restaurant right outside as well which is handy if you dont want to travel far and enjoy some different food and drinks on an evening. We often walked to the marina which is about 10/15 minutes where there are plenty more bars and restaurants, with Cala Dor main strip about 10/15 minutes on after that if you’re really keen like us.
Staff - All of them were very friendly. Roberto behind bar was a character.
Had to pay for the room safe.

The cuisine exceeded all expectations, there was a wide variety of fish, seafood was also present (I don’t eat meat, so it was important for me), fruits, vegetables, sweets - everything was in sufficient quantity and deliciously cooked.
Сustomer-oriented and always ready to help staff at the reception and in the restaurant

Fantastic staff, great food, and amazing entertainment by the staff. myself and my friend were made to feel highly welcome, and we can’t wait to return in May next year. Our room was so relaxing, and comfortable, especially the bed! and the veranda had the complete sun all of the afternoon. Thank you!! 😉😉

Excellent location, beautiful landscaping on the property. Close to everything. The food was very nice, high quality and great selection. Staff were kind and attentive. The entertainment was focused on French guests.
The room did not live up to expectations based on the pictures, a lot of things were damaged, and would need refurbishing. We had to pay for wifi as an addition, but their "premium" internet was very poor, hard to connect to, and so slow most things wouldn't load.

Big room with balcony. Tasty all inclusive. Drink available all day with drinking water. Close to nice beaches. Beautiful area of hotel.
Old room and old bathroom. Problem with shower. Somewher e not so clean. Paid wifi. Staff dont speak english very well. Parking in front of hotel was full every time. Animation program too noisy. Only towels, not shampoo or soap.

2 minute walk from Cala egos beach.. which is postcard material… rooms cleaned everyday, staff so friendly, they have a great animation team,, the food was much better than what I expected, pools where great, very entertaining and fun hotel suitable for all sorts of holiday makers
The double beds are two beds pushed together, I think it be much better if we didn’t keep falling down the middle of the beds… it created a few laughs though lol

We like the swimming pool on the side. It was very quiet. Compeering the front two pools very busy and noisy!
The welcoming in the hotel it wasn’t that great!!
We stayed 9 days, and bedding in our room was only change once, and the towels change 4 times.when arrived in the room, the lamps on the side of the bed were very dusty, and I had to clean my self. The cleaner was friendly, but couldn’t speak English. Also the entertainment area, was speaking more Spanish and French and very little English!

The Animation-team was absolutely the best!
Food was mostly good. Room was cleaned daily and always with a fresh towels. Good value for the money and we really enjoyed our stay :)
Not so good choice at the breakfast. Quality of the drinks also very pure. Salty water at the shower. Room needs some renovation.
To resume, can't expect too much for that price, so we were satisfied with the hotel.
