Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will book this hotel again next time we visit Sax

The location wax excellent in walking distance of everywhere in town, room was good size , comfortable and really clean.. Staff were very friendly and helpful.. The restaurant was lovely and again the staff very friendly.

Breakfast was a little disappointing in choice available and I didn't like the coffee but there was enough to eat

Excellent hotel in a very nice little town

I had asked a twin bed room and had received an OK. But the room we got was a 2 bed room. However this was rather quickly corrected and we got the most beautiful room (304) with a great view on the castle. There is a very good restaurant in the hotel. It opens at 19 hours, which, for Spain, is early. The breakfast was also good. A genuine waiter would have probably even made eggs, but we were satisfied with was right there.

Spotlessly clean, polite staff, lovely breakfast.Didnt eat other meal in hotel this time but have done before. A gem in a the lovely friendly town of Sax.

Room was big with a huge comfortable bed. 2 small bottles of water were waiting to be used. To food in the hotel restaurant was first class and the waiters very helpful as we are still learning Spanish.

Breakfast was a bit basic.

I would happily stay here again.

The intinental breakfast was good, all fresh and quite a wide choice. We enjoyed a very good meal in the restaurant the evening before. The room was well equipped and spotless.

The hotel was situated next to a slightly run down area.

An agreeable first nights stop.

As an overnight stop very satisfied. staff and facilities all good. Food and wine chosen very acceptable.

No problems, what we expected. Not a very attractive location but served its purpose as an overnight stop on a longer journey.

We didn’t know that a grand final soccer match was on, and the hotel restaurant was thus pretty much booked out. Nevertheless, they found us a table, and we had a lovely meal. The room was much larger than we expected, a really nice hotel. And a castle out the window!

Visit to Sax

Very clean, comfortable, large, spacious room. Staff were welcoming, polite, friendly and helpful, even though they had very little English. Just be prepared to use Google translate, or learn a few basic Spanish phrases. After all, you are in Spain! All you can eat continental breakfast included. And apparently, an excellent restaurant, although we didn't use it. Toiletries are provided, even a toothbrush and small tube of toothpaste! We would definitely stay here again.

There are no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms, but this seems to be the norm in Spain, so be prepared and pack a small kettle if you like your cuppa first thing on morning.

great location, unexpected and tucked away under the Sax castle. Good food and breakfast

all is great but parking is limited. If you can’t find a soace the parking outdoors is safe

Superb

I have stayed in this hotel before. The hotel is clean, modern and the staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant serves traditional Spanish food and has a great selection of wines also The COVID measure are good and thought through. Note; This is not a package holiday type hotel.

The showers can be a bit tricky to get the temperature just right but that being said this did not really bother me.

Very comfortable, lovely staff and affordable.

We stayed at the hotel as we are looking to buy a property in the area. We had a few issues with interpretation with the town hall and the staff were incredibly supportive. A very comfortable hotel with a served breakfast, I'm assuming due to covid, but lovely staff and would definitely stay again.
