The room was wide, lot of spacious with a large bathroom. Breakfast was prepared in front of our eyes in an open space and was delicious. It was a decent meal. The staff went out their way to make sure we were having a good time. The location is at the heart of a beautiful surrounding but if you need the city center you're gonna need a car

Beautiful location , great staff
Nothing it was perfect

Good Location, Special and authentic old architecture, very comfortable bed, free beverage
Blankets where too warm for the hot weather (unless you open the aircon).
Should have thin blankets as option
No mosquito nets on the window . .
Bad smell in the toilet

Beautiful room and Hotel
good breakfast
the navigation took me to a totally diffent location and it was abit scary
i put in the nevagation "alegra boutique hotel"
I am tall 190 cm - i hit my head really hard twice at the entrance door which is very low - maybe 180 cm and has metal case
i am still in head aches
i paid allot for this hotel and value per money its not worth it i am disappointed
The athmospere by the personal is missing in this special place

This hotel was absolutely stunning. We really enjoyed the design, the warm hospitality of the staff, and the amazing garden.
The location is excellent, less than a minute walk to nearby restaurants and yet so quite!
The view from the rooftop is incredible
The music in the common areas (especially in the garden) was a tad too loud and repetitive.

Great location, very nice breakfast, very nice view from rooftop. Room was clean and cozy.
One of the 2 showerheads in the suite did not work at all - and it's a shame because that's why we took the suite in the first place. Pillows were very uncomfortable.
The rooms ceiling is a bit stained from the moisture.
After paying so much money - I expect to get a flawless experience.

Highly, highly recommend... Ahemad who checked us in, was absolutely a delight, took care of every request without hesitation, went out of his way to ensure we had an absolutely wonderful time.......A beautiful boutique hotel...very charming...excellent location. Parking was easily available. Beautiful rooms with outstanding art...spacious and clean. The terrace is absolutely beautiful as are all the outdoor areas. Food is outstanding and beautifully presented. Huge thanks to all the staff...will definitely come again...

absolutely fantastic and exceptional place. One of the best boutique hotels I have ever visited. The staff of the hotel is kind helpful and I would like to mention especially the reception manager Doodi that was kind and went beyond the call of duty to help us. The rooms are large clean and very very comfortable. Breakfast is freshly laid daily and is exceptional. The area around his quaint and if you need to have breakfast or dinner you can find many nice small restaurants and brasseries.
loved everything without exception.

Staff was very accommodating and friendly, birds singing in the trees and pretty courtyard. Felt private and quiet. Beautiful kitchen for morning breakfast… good food… staff prepared omelets and lots of oranges to squeeze for juice and more! Healthy!
We had large suitcases… plenty of room to put in suitcases on sofa but no good place to put in bedroom— otherwise excellent facility boutique hotel… private!!

A romantic well preserved stone house with beutiful suites in the heart of Ein Carem. The garden is beautiful and provided some nice relaxing moments. Staff was nice and welcoming.
The room was near the reception area so it was a bit noisy for us.

Very pleasant and peaceful place, authentic, room was very nice, staff were very supportive.
Needs a bit more cleaning to be done in certain places.

Breakfast was lovely very and typically Israeli, with a wide range of local produce, freshly prepared dishes and newly baked bread on offer. Limitless delicious coffee and eggs freshly prepared to preference. All of this delivered with a welcoming smile.

The indoors / outdoors complement each other's . The architecture is gorgeous and the quiet location is amazing. The complimentary wine and bathroom products are lovely. The lighting is extremely pleasant. The view is breathtaking.
The AC unit is not enough powerful for the entire room i occupied. The curtains fall into the bed. The floor is missing more carpets in winter.

The staff, led by the awesome Maya, are all the kindest, most amazing people! The setting is gorgeous, the hotel is charming, with spacious, lovey rooms, the breakfast is delicious, but the people are outstanding, and that made our stay so significant!
Thank you, Maya, for going above and beyond for us!
We look forward to returning!

It is located in a very special and calm place. A lot of tradition and beautifull facilities!
There is nothing! Everything is perfect!

lovely room and property
I asked about breakfast and was told it was a certain price - which was very expensive - and I agreed
the breakfast was very poor , service awful , coffee u drinkable and it cost $50 per person
it spoiled the whole experience - they would be better off sending guests to the charming cafe around the corner where the food and coffee is fabulous at a quarter the price
when I complained they didn’t care at all

I loved the vibe of the hotel, the art and the beautiful garden was very peaceful and relaxing , big rooms, very nice design.
on the internet it shows like the rooms have big windows but unfortunately we got a room with no window at all and it felt a bit like a cave, I was expecting a room with a window for the price we paid. also the breakfast was poor for 100 shekels each. and I also missed some sun beds on the roof. there was only one made of iron.

great location, comfortable room, exceptional bathroom
4.5
breakfast was served too slow , not ready on the time stated breakfast starts , food quality not great
4.5
property was clean and pleasant, however the room was poor, really closed to the kitchen and hotel entry so we heard every dish in the sink and every guest who arrived. room was small and no light or fresh air. very low value for money especially at this rate
as above + I learned that had I placed the order not via booking.com I would have saved 150$
