The location is amazing. Tucked away in a corner of the plaza, which is the epicenter of San Jose, the hotel maintains a quiet, almost far away, vibe to it.

location
the round bar area is fabulous
the front desk helped us get a taxi
the bed was too hard,
the road noise was loud
the front desk felt not as welcoming and sweet as could be

Quaint boutique hotel in the heart of San Jose del Cabo. The grounds are so cool. The art work, colors, vibe. Everything was awesome!

location, landscaping, quiet but in the center of town.

Nice spacious room; nice strong shower, hot water at the ready, no nonsense
Very boutique, almost felt family run.
The tomato jam is banging!
Really nice staff with helpful advice and recommendations; checkout French Riviera bakery for alternate breakfast options.
Complimentary bottomless coffee during breakfast hours
The TV situation is a bit old school; not Smart, no Roku or Chromecast; also on the small side.
Breakfast isn’t included and at $20 dollars is a bit pricey; also isn’t available till 8am, which isn’t much use if you have early excursions booked, although if you ask you might be able to get some fruit and toast, as I did

We had the most amazing time at this property and cherish our memories from our stay around New Years 2023. The attention to detail was exquisite and did not go unnoticed.
We stayed before it was “adults only” with our 6 month old and felt very welcomed. I guess the feeling was not mutual and will not be able to return.

The Breakfast was excellent .Location fantastic .
Beds absolutely uncomfortable , really hard .Bathrooms not clean enough to my standards ,the shower floor has never been cleaned .It was very filthy with old stained dirt and grime over time .
Staff were okay .Our check staff were not that friendly and welcoming . Parking was available but not easy to find without help from front desk and they were not helpful . Someone should go with you to show you where to park or give you a map . Overall not sure if I will return ,think I may try other places .

First off the location is on the main plaza, closer than the 1.2km distance from center listed under the location of the hotel. Hotel is small, with a small reception area, a good gift shop, then levels drop down to the breakfast / lunch and bar area. Another drop down to the restaurant seating area (restaurant is closed on Tuesday) and area where rooms and water fountains are. The pool is down another level.
The breakfast we had, which they did not charge us for, included very good coffee, toasted thick Italian style bread, small fruit plate and a tasty huevos rancheros. I am guessing most people don't think to tip on a complementary or included breakfast, but we do and the staff is extremely appreciative for that. The staff also was going to get us a cab back to the airport, but the cab companies charge 800 pesos. I asked about Uber and that service is available. I didn't have the app on my phone so they said they had a friends who could drive us to the airport for 400, about what Uber would charge. It worked out perfectly.
A few rooms on the first floor are at a street level that runs parallel to the side of the building and the small windows to that side open to the street and it could be noisy for some.

Great location in los Cabos
It’s a little over priced but worth it if you want to stay in the old colonial town. Also, this might be one of the nicer hotels in the center of Los Cabos.

lovely, peaceful hotel right in the middle of the San Jose del Cabo art district. Fun pool with a warm waterfall. Large rooms with patios with hammocks. one of the best restaurants in town Mi Cocina is located at the hotel. We had our 30 lb service dog with us snd stayed in the. Eclipse suite which was perfect, away from all the other rooms and had grass areas for her to do her business. Parking is available.
Nothing really.

Beautiful hotel in a quiet corner of the downtown. Walkable to everywhere. The decor was beautiful and modern. You can also buy any decor you like from them.

It was peaceful, and really nice
it was all great

location, hammocks, courtyard
The step in the bathroom did not feel safe and the area needs a remodel. The lower grade on cleanliness was from the old appearance of the bathroom.

Location in the center of San José yet it was quiet
I think the hotel is overrated. It’s an average hotel with very average facilities. I found it very expensive for what it offers. In addition, I read other reviews stating that breakfast is so great, I found that breakfast was very average and expensive for what was offered.
