プレオープン時から数回使っていますが、一度サービスが低下した時期があったが、今回はすべての点で素晴らしい滞在になりました。最寄りの地下鉄駅とショッピングモールを通って移動できるので、雨に濡れずにホテルから徒歩5分で移動できます。その最寄りの地下鉄駅からは乗換なし約30分弱で中心地の尖沙咀まで移動可能です。また、近隣にあるドン・キホーテ、イオン、ホテル系列のショッピングモールとも回廊をわたって前に濡れずに移動可能で、スポーツウエアやゲームセンター、直下にセブンイレブン、地元に人気のレストラン、日本食レストラン、マツキヨ、ユニクロなども近くをぶらぶら歩くだけで簡単に探せます。部屋には電源がたくさん設置されていますが、日本からなら電源変換コネクタは持っていった方がいいでしょう。忘れて必要になるとホテルの自動販売機で有料で購入しないといけなくなります。最近、香港の法律改正の関係で無料の水がペットボトルからプルトップアルミ缶容器になりました。半年前の利用に比べ、不便な事はそれだけで、これはホテルの責任ではありませんね。この後、香港島湾仔のホテルに移動したが、こっちに延泊すればよかったと後悔したほど、香港ではおすすめのポテルの一つです。

前回は清掃で足りない事があったが今回は特にありません。

Large rooms. Reasonably clean. Close to MTR. Many shopping and restaurants around.

Shower drain was slow making the rest of washroom wet and slippery. Tea bags and coffee bags were not replenished everyday.

Nice location but durian and cigarettes smell kind of ruined my holiday

Located in convenience area, many shops, 2 mins walk to bus terminal, 5 mins to Tsuen Wan West Station and 15 mins to Tsuen Wan Station

Have durian smell and smoking smell. I complained after my first night they moved us to the other floor but still have durian smell.

A superb business hotel that offers great sea view, accesible to major transportation and malls.

The location is superb. It's might be a bit far from the center of Hongkong but it's nearer from the airport and the place is accesible to major transportation. The mtr is just a building away and the main bus station is located on the ground level. From airport you can just take A31 bus and will bring you direct to the hotel in like about 30-40mins. Restaurants and shopping malls/stores are around the hotel. The water ferry station is just the same distance of the mtr station. The view from the window was also amazing. Apart from the location, it's the view of the sea that made me book this property. And it did deliver with my expectation. The hotel has surprising unique features as well such as the bridge at 41st floor that connects the two towers. Breakfast was also decent. The staff were friendly particularly the jolly housekeeper who's always smiling.

The hotel doesn't have shataf which I'm used to. So having water in the toilet itself is a bit of a struggle. But I guess it's everywhere in Hongkong.

Convenient for West HK but huge let down by the slow check-in process.

- convenient for travelling around West Hong Kong, 5 minutes walk to nearest MTR station. - great shower. - fast wifi. - decent price.

- long check-in time (took more than 30 minutes) & without online check-in facilities. - lock malfunctioned on one of the days & took >30 minutes to get access to own room. - lack of electric sockets & none by the bedside.

Very nice hotel - i've never stayed so high up but it was an excellent view Clean and comfortable - no noise from other guests which can happen in establishments this size Beds were comfy and i liked the bath tub Location for me was great - easy taxi or bus to and from airport

Staffs could care less about you, or be quite rude if they think you come from mainland China. Rooms are very outdated with decor and accommodations from the early 2000s

Location is great, a bit of everything just aroun the corner. Good access to transportation, malls, restaurants, markets, parks. Nice views from the hotel rooms facing the river.

The room needs renovation Cleaning service was very poor, When we entered the room there was a lot of hair on the floor and it remained througout our stay

The design of bathroom facility is not user-friendly enough, including the separate toilet seat space being fully transparent and bathtub being hard to get up.

The room smelt of mould and wasn’t clean. The sensor light in the hall caused problems if one needed to get up during the night. No hotel bar. Not a good location. No decent shopping or restaurants unfortunately.

It is OK for stay for a short business trip.

The location is good and convenient. Easy to access other shopping malls.

Nice way to explore the area but probably won’t go back to this hotel.

good location and large rooms

long lobby waiting time because of large mainland groups. no room service and very basic amenities in the rooms. shower was scruffy and bathtub kept draining so we eventually swapped rooms. Staff seemed too busy to tend to the issue so gave us another room that’s exactly the same.

the location is good but the bed is too hard.

the interior is old but the room is big for Hong Kong hotel standards.

the mattress of the bed is too hard and the pillows are too soft. i did not have a good sleep during my stay.
