Bien situé et prix abordable.

L'emplacement au centre. L'appart pratique pour 3 personnes

Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas. Les couettes sont trop chaudes. Petit déjeuner excessif prit ailleurs.

Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel très fonctionnel et très bien placé pour visiter la ville et la région sans voiture.

La situation est parfaite, à mi-chemin entre la gare et le centre-ville, avec un arrêt de bus au pied de l’hôtel. Très bonne literie, douche spacieuse et kitchenette bien équipée. Chambre très calme.

Une information sur le service de ménage pour les séjours de plusieurs jours serait appréciable.

Personal ,ubicación y comodidad excelente,

El trato del personal, excelente . Atendieron a mi demanda y nos dejaron hacer el cheking mucho antes, la ubicación, cerca del centro y fácil aparcamiento, habitación amplia.

Para mejorar tema armario, hay un calentador de agua dentro, por lo que no sirve para colgar nada, tema limpieza a mejorar, sacaron el polvo y me encontré en la almohada todo el polvo .

Was perfect for our 3 night stay to tour Narbonne by foot.

The ktchen very useful and had everything we needed for small meals. Shower was good and restroom was clean. Bed was firm and comfortable.

Small amount of mold in shower. Needed better dish cleaning supplies.

the check-in is not complicated. they didn't even ask for my passport. the location is alright, it is not far from the canal de la robine.

it is not a 4 stars hotel as shown in the booking.com portal. I would say it is only an upper 2-star hotel. it doesn't worth the money. the refrigerator is very noisy, i had to turn it off before sleeping.

We just needed a place to sleep while travelling from Spain to Italy by car.

The apartment was really clean and comfortable, everything was good. They also provided us internal parking (with additional fee). Staff was kind and sent us all informations we needed to reach the property and the parking.

Comfy beds, spacious bathroom, handy kitchen. Elevator and parking available for 9.5eur per night. Less than 10min walking distance from city center. Order pizza at Casa Pizza! Helen is a beautiful and generous person who has been in the business for more than 35 years.

It had a small kitchen with cooking utensils and a lovely bathroom with a hairdryer and towel warmer/dryer. Also extra blankets and a very decent wardrobe. The location is great, very close to the city center.

The double bed was two mattresses next to each other which was quite uncomfortable. Also the windowsill had ash from the previous guests.

Great value, location and staff. My new go to stop when working in the area.

Friendly an helpful staff, including the cleaning crew. Secure off road parking. (Small extra payment) Super comfy bed and hot shower. Faster Wifi than in my house. An Irish bar and kebab shop just down the road. Can it get any better??????
