Excellent location will always attract client but service is not desirable

My stay at Lotus Bay View-- The ambiance and rooms were clean and comfortable, and only one of the staff (who was always on night duty) was excellent, committed, and duty conscious- His Name is Mr. Raju. The location of the property is superb one can reach the beach within 2 minutes and the sound of sea tides is the major attraction to the property.

Except one night duty manager, other staff members have been irresponsible beyond imagination. My stay of 3 nights(one night in a classic room and two nights in the superior room (next grade) with a balcony) had one of the worst ever seen bathrooms wherein the WC push button remained to leak during the entire stay. If it is cleaned while servicing at 12 noon, will be mini-flooded after one hour. The cleaning staff will be irritated by calling them to clean again. Annoyed staff cleaning the toilet with bath towels, this was the most disturbing look... Pictures attached, Tariffs offered by Booking .com were not honoured and I was overcharged. The difference between classic and superior rooms is acceptable but not more.... Besides, GST was included in the base tariff and charged separately at the end of the bill.

Uncomfortable stay due to poor maintenance

The location was great. Easy access to the beach and shopping areas.

TV wasn't working in our room and the staff didn't bother at all. The bed was bent on sides and the linen was torn and it wasn't comfortable. It was poorly maintained for this price and not worth it. Also toilet tissue wasn't provided! There is no proper ventilation in the room on the ground floor.

My Bad Experience

Except the location nothing else

Everything right from the time we walked into the hotel. To being with the card machine did not work because of which we wasted about 45 min and then in the room there was only 2 half little bottle and we had to pay for the extra bottle. There was no signal inside the hotel for the amount of money I paid I would rather stayed in a 3 or a 5star propety with better rooms and facilites.

Not booking it again for sure

Very pathetic condition of rooms, Beds and washrooms. Disgusted with the fact that they didn't do anything about it after I complaint. No food service in house. you have to order in from zomoto or swiggy or find your food on your own.

Not value for money. No restaurant. damped room and water leaking in the bathroom wash basin. No windows, no sunlight. Totally a mess

rooms were badly maintained. We were a big group traveling and had booked multiple rooms. One of the rooms had a cigarette smell coming from it. Washbasins not working or leaking. fans were not cleaned. Televisions and wifi facilities never worked. All in all very disappointed. Very expensive considering the substandard service being provided.

Tap of the toilet was broken and also there were mosquitoes in the room. Hotel is not worth spending 4900/- per night.

Nice location, not the value for money, no privacy for couple

Location was great. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel is not couple-friendly. We could not enjoy our time in the balcony as the neighbouring hotel staff and guests would constantly stare at us and intrude our privacy making us feel uncomfortable.
