No parking . Curtains are thin and does not provide privacy. No room cleaning during my stay.

Staff are very nice. Good location. Pretty good value for money.
Poor wifi & sometimes no wifi connection in room.

Very little....no water for drinking, no hot water for cleansing, and
no privacy.
See the above. Also, we arrived for two night stay and xxld second night
an hour later. No refund provided. W were charged $1600 pesos instead of
the $1344 quoted by booking.com on our reservation confirmation. We were
told we had to “pay the commission”. The proprietress appeared confused
by our arrival, and almost reluctant to check us in. The room wasn’t
ready and while this was not unexpected, as we made the reservation late
in the day, no smile or explanation offered, we were left standing in
the reception hall for 45 minutes. A few other guests behaving in a
drunken, loud, belligerent manner became aggressive when I respectfully
approached and asked them to please be a little more quiet, completed
our evening. At 10:30 pm I went looking for help from the desk, and find
an older man who could not speak English and responded to my Spanish
with a shrug of the shoulders. I went back to my room to catcalls and
shouts of “princess” and other, x rated phrases.
No hot water - bearable; no hospitality, overcharging and refusal to refund 2nd night, inexcusable. No oversight of guests - unsafe and intolerable.

Location is great!
You can’t pay with your credit card on arrival so if you are low on cash that could cause you some extra troubles.

The most amazing of this place is the kindness of the staff. They are always happy to help you and smiling !
The beds are comfortable
Everything is amazing, just the water of the shower is not very hot
