Pleasant relaxing holiday.

It was a pleasant stay, we where very thankfully upgraded when our toilet was defective so that was nice. Floor 8 restaurant and bar is nice and sensibly prices all in all a nice place worthy of the price.

Good Breakfast, nice pool, and spacious grounds, floor 8 fantastic place with live entertainment👍

Overall the staff are very friendly

I did not like the breakfast. Dried fish is never crispy. Only few selections. For the price I paid, I expect the best. One thing I was very annoyed. I was ask for my room number while I eat. It felt like I was hounded. Every turn i take, there is a staff asking for my room number. I was in the middle of my breakfast. There is another staff who wishes to know my room number. I already wrote down the number of people in our room from the front desk. And I paid a lot of money just to be treated like trash.

The staff was really nice and the food is not bad.

The bedroom wasn’t great, especially the bathroom where we barely had water pressure. I had to ask several time to get our room cleaned. The food is expensive and there is nothing else “good/healthy” in the area.

restaurant food was good nice pool

it felt impossible to contact the property. 1) tried emailing the property to ask for transportation from the port but was ignored. 2) tried messaging through booking.com and got a response, but the following message was ignored once again. We ended up taking an over-priced taxi, the driver did not speak any english, did not know where the hotel was and we had to get off nearby and walk to the hotel. we told this to staff upon checking-in, but receptionist did not seem to care much about our inconvenience.

The room accomodation is good, comfy bed, good airconditioning, spacious room, the staff is accommodating, the pool is always clean, the food is good

did not clean the room when we were out even if we requested for it. the ref is not working properly, need more wall sockets, and extension cord, no extra chair for the vanity.

I expected higher because of the hotel rate. They dont allow extra bed even though the rooms are big

I like the rooms which is big and the accomodating staff.

There is no massage service and the big swimming pool was under construction. They asked us to upgrade becuse we are 5 adults and 1 kid as they dont allow extra bed on room we booked. Some of the facilities are still under construction because of the typhoon but the rate are still high.

Pool and beach ok, but the food was not was not that good, it was ok but not more. same menu for all meals, the quality of the food did not reflect the price, Lack of information and they only had a small aerial far from the main hotel for smoking.

My company was more important then the place, we had a nice time there

a little expensive but my family was very happy and was able to relax so I am happy

improved customer’s requests. i booked for a family room and when arrived, no mineral water in room, only 2 coffee and complimentary shower kits are included (soap, shampoo, etc) when the room is good for paying adults. we need to make a follow-up for it to be delivered but still happy with the service

Great location and value for money.

The food was of great variety and very tasty with ample proportions. The pool was clean and refreshing with clean dry towels always available. The beach was clean and relaxing.

The need for a better western or European breakfast like a full English breakfast.
