Overall great experience.

Nice host, we were provided another room in another complex as our initial room got flooded. Acces to bus station near by. Quiet area. Very clean rooms. Access to private pool.

Good value, good vibe. What’s not to like

This property suited our needs. The garden / patio was sunny all day and we enjoyed eating alfresco. The area was quiet which we valued and the beach only 10 minutes walk. We will be delighted to return again. This was October 22 for 3 weeks.

spacious apartment, great for families or group of friends

spacious apartment with A/Cs in all rooms, balconies, fully equipped kitchen and pool (which we didn’t use)

there were 3 big cockroaches in the kitchen… not the fault of the owners though no toiletries and just one towel per person

Nice apartment, very good value for money. Great location close to sandy beaches and Protarus.

The location is great, in a quieter area but very close to many sandy beaches and Protarus. There is a supermarket, bars and restaurants all in walking distance. Kapparis beach is a short walk away with a lovely bar/restaurant. All cooking utensils provided if you wish to cook. Apartment was clean and spacious. Host was really good, excellent communication via Booking.com messaging service, always responded quickly to any queries. The pool is great and there is also an allocated parking space. Would recommend a car to get around to the larger resorts and visit the other many great beaches in the area. There are also buses and taxis around the corner. We booked a budget trip and the apartment was what I expected for the money paid, it was very reasonable and a great base to spend days exploring the area and rest of the island.

Disappointing

The apartment is located near the road where cars drive at night. There are no mosquito nets on the windows, a lot of mosquitoes. In the kitchen, very few kitchen utensils. (One knife, and one pan.) For this price, there is not even ordinary hand soap. near the construction site where it is noisy from 7 am to 17.00.

Good

The pool is clean and close, spacious rooms

Neigbours parrot is very loud each morning, in anotger room could not sleep because early in a morning someone was working on constructions. One towel per person not enough, also 1.5 very thin toilet papers for 4 people and 4 nights is also ridiculous, thin blankets... the floor was quite dirty from day one therefore better have slippers. No toiletries. In this trip we're staying only in apartments and this was first one with such minuses...

Highly recommend!

Very spacious and sunny place with two balconies. Private parking lot. Private pool access. Quiet surroundings. Good Wi-Fi.

The shower hose was so leaky that most of the water was coming out all around. Quite poor kitchen equipment, there was no bread knife or spare garbage bag. No signal of tv channels.

Very comfortable stay

Host met us arriving and departing, very friendly and accommodating with early check in. On-site parking GREAT beach within 15 min walk Complex pool (didn't use) Grocery store 10 min walk away Nice selection of restaurants nearby. FOR INFOMATION PURPOSES Kitchen: well equipped (we cooked simply) Toaster, kettle, stove, oven (didn't use), microwave, fridge, dishwasher (didn't use). Crockery cutlery etc Salt supplied. BYO condiments, oil, tea/coffee etc. Dish liquid supplied (didn't see anything for dishwasher). Mop and broom, bucket supplied. Washer worked fine Lounge: lazy-boy, 2 & 3 seater, very comfortable. TV (didn't use), coffee table, A/C Dining table + 4 chairs 2 balconies, one with 4 out door chairs & table, other with washing line. Wifi: strong A/Cs worked well Bedrooms had light blocking blinds Double: bed will be small for a bigger couple, A/C, good storage Twin: comfortable, A/C, good storage 3rd: was locked while we were there so never saw it but had no need for it so didn't impact us. Bathroom - clean, functional Toilet, sink, bath/shower combo Linen/ bedding/ towels - good Iron supplied (didn't use) OVERALL: Everything functioned, very comfortable relaxing stay. Would definitely go back.

No problems at all. Minor things needed attention such as missing stoppers for bathroom plugs and light bulb needing replacing, but this didn't impact our stay. We didn't use the dishwasher (no need for so few dishes for a couple), we could have used a dish drying rack, but not a big problem.

Confortable flat with good size rooms

Stay for 20 nights for our summer holidays including my daughter birthday we have a lonely time. Location, spacious Room, two balconies , lovely pool, good air conditioning in every room. Ok wifi

Few things: Mattress really need an update . not confortable and old which will hit your bag and have very cheap pillows. Kitchen it’s old, needs to update and specially the sink is all rusty. Big down: Really need to provide a better TV it’s just too old and has a very old tv box that only provides Cypriot tv and one English Channel with very old movies ) the remote really difficult to operate an every old too. Not even options to connect your HMID cable to connect your laptop and use nexflix. This is a big down if you are staying here for a long holidays as I did. Overall the flat was very clean and specious, you can definitely have a nice holidays but it should be better equipped and with more attention to details with the broken things ( broken bin, broken bed corners kitchen and sink wore out, pillows and mattress and tv) Petros ( the manager or owner ) was kind.

Good but some things need improvement

Location was good. Clean and good equipped in furniture. Helpful staff

The apartment wasnt ready and we had a delay in check in but they arranged for us a late check out Also it had nothing inside than toilet paper - not even a soap for hands or liquid for dishes. Also if i wanted to keep clean i had to buy everything (hygiene table cleaner and liquid for floor) The kitchen is purely equipped (plates and cultery) i had to wash dishes after meals so i could use for next meal

Relaxing and comfortable apartment in Kapparis

Great location, accessible to many beaches, nice and clean swimming pool.

When I checked in, the apartment was still undergoing cleaning and sanitizing.

Very good

Very nice apartment, the host was very polite and accommodating. We asked for a few things such as extra towels and he provided no issues. The apartment had all the necessary equipment in the kitchen and was in a good state and clean.
