You get what you paid for

I like how fast and efficient the check and check out was. The room was ok and comfortable, the room wifi was also a blessing helping me plan my day before I went out for the day. Cleanliness was top-notch as they do cleaning everyday as long as you do not have your 'Do not disturb' on.

The location of hotel was quite a walk from the nearest train station and the walk there is very hilly and uneven, those with many luggage please take note. Other then that you get what you paid for.

If you have a lot of luggage, it will be difficult if you walk a lot from the hotel. I couldn't believe that there was no toothbrush amenity for such a high hotel price, I didn't use a vacuum cleaner, and there was a lot of hair left in the bathtub and flooring, so I was worried about whether they really cleaned it. There are many Japanese business guests, so please understand a little Japanese. I arrived on a rainy day and my suitcase was soaking wet, but I thought it would be nice if the front desk handed me a towel and wiped it off. The manager just stands there.

Рядом 2я ветка метро, можно доехать куда хочешь. Уборка каждый день, хотя она была не нужна. Есть весы, dhl, wow pass (кому нужно). Можно оставить чемоданы после выезда

Спросили на ресепшен как переводится фраза в метро, но она не захотела помочь( Было грустно(

Toller Aufenthalt

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer hatte alles was man braucht und das Bett war ausserordentlich bequem. In der Umgebung war bis auf eine Apotheke alles zu finden und der ev. etwas längere Weg zur Subway (circa 10min) fand ich gar nicht störend.

Die Kommunikation via Booking vor meiner Ankuft war schwierig, bzw. wurden meine Nachrichten einfach ignoriert. Meine Fragen konnten sie mir jedoch alle beim Check In beantworten.

Seoulの穴場格安ホテル

クロデジタル地下鉄駅や飲食店にも比較的近い立地で、飲食店の多さにびっくりしました。コンビニも数件ありました。ホテルも綺麗で洗練されていました。何よりほぼ隣にemartがあることが今回このホテルを選んだ理由。22：00閉店なので注意が必要。ホテルスタッフとのやり取りは、ほぼ英語になりますがとても親切でした。清掃のおばちゃんも気持ちの良い挨拶をしてくれます。目の前からエアポートバス（ｗ17000）が出ており便利。予約なしで乗れましたが、現金かＴーmoneyしか使えません。ホテルにはWOWPASSの機械も設置しているので便利。ビジネス街で治安も良いと思います。

やはり明洞や東大門、弘大から遠く、地下鉄でも20~30分かかります。地下鉄での移動を考えている方には終電時間を気にしながらの観光となる可能性があります。夜中遅くまで買い物や観光をしたい方には遠いホテルだと思います。

This is my go-to hotel Seoul - will definitely stay here again next time.

The hotel is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. The airport bus stops directly in front of the hotel. The hotel room itself is bright thanks to big windows and has a good size and layout. The bed comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful; especially the cleaning and room service staff - they are super attentive.

The room’s furniture is a bit worn out. And the room’s air was very very dry (as you cannot open the window).

Overall, it was a great stay for the price.

Location is surrounded by food places so really convenient. The subway station is nearby. And there was a triple bedroom which we could not find due to last minute hotel booking. The staff were really helpful and friendly (helped us with a booking of taxi in the dawn for a trip, which saved us)

The room was really small, it was hard for three people to move around with a lot of luggage. Some trash were left without cleaning.

Great location for the money

There were a lot of eatery and the line 2 was close

There was some cosmetic things that need improvement but I did see the sign that they are working in it this summer.

Passable

Staff on front desk has apologized for construction nearby, but it wasn't the problem. The room was dirty and the scent was... I can't describe it, but it's something around an old cats lady's dusty apartment. Plus the drunk neighbors's noises.

I would choose to stay at another hotel for my next visit.

Location and reasonable price for the room

The tofu for breakfast was expired and the options were not worth the price. The location was fine but all the construction was not expected. When I booked the room, I should have been informed of all the construction for the time there. And the guests were loud around us making it difficult to sleep.

Nice Location, Lovely Rooms

We stayed here twice within one trip and had a good experience. For the first stay, we paid for breakfast for the two mornings we were there and it was a nice buffet spread with yummy Korean and Western food options. For the second half of our trip, we opted out of breakfast as there were several restaurants close by such as KFC and Popeye's. The hotel is right by G-Valley mall which has many food spots, and is walking distance from two GS25 stores. There are quite a few other food spots that we didn't explore but as a more business area, you will not be short of food choices. It's about a 10 minutes or less walk to the Subway - Naver maps took us on a long roundabout route until we discovered a much easier walk so sometimes it helps to just go with your gut and explore a little bit. A huge transportation plus is the Airport Bus drops you off just across the road, and picks you up directly in front of the door so this is an easy straight drive option after a long flight that takes 1.5 to 2 hours (it goes to Incheon and Gimpo). You can ask the front desk staff and they'll give you a neat little printout with pickup times. The beds were comfortable, the desk was extremely convenient for work, the room was nice and cozy. It was a good stay overall.

The sponges they provided for bathing were a bit rough. This isn't the biggest issues but being used to wash cloths, the sponges weren't the most comfortable.

I would stay here again

Super comfortable bed. Doona and pillows felt like I was sleeping in fluffy white clouds. Great sized TV. Good buffet breakfast. Close to numerous restaurants. 10 min walk to bus/tram stops. Airport shuttle at the hotel door.

The hotel is modern and has all the facilities for a business traveller. And with some minor renovations it could easaly go for a 4* hotel. The Lotte group only would need to replace the carpet floor in the room with a more hygienic hard floor and replace the old fashioned bath tube with a modern shower place...et voila...4* are easy reachable. The breakfast had a large variety of food and tasty coffe choices from a coffee machine. The bed was very comfortable with soft pillows and matress....wonderfull sleeping guaranteed. Around the hotel building, there are several food stores to enjoy the Korean cuisine... I will stay here next time for sure!

I didn't like the floor carpet in the room and also the bath tube for take a shower....both old fashioned and not very hygienical...
