Lovely Family Villa
We enjoyed the week here, the pool was lovely and clean. Well equipped Kitchen, the only downside was the Mosquitos. The walk to the beach and town was relaxing, (no hills), with nice restaurants.

August 2019 - 2 Familes
The villa is a well maintained property which provided plenty of space for 4 adults and 4 children and everything we were looking for (5 bedrooms, 4 Bathrooms). The pool was serviced on a regular basis and cleaners attend 3 times per week. Sidari is a 20 minute walk along the seafront with the main supermarkets being 25 minutes walk (smaller ones are closer). The setting is in a large garden , and there are several eating areas indoor and outside to suit all needs. We ate out most nights, but did use the BBQ one night. The taxi driver was unsure where the Villa was located, but a bit of preplanning with google earth meant that we could recognise the entrance. The local manager looks after a bar around the corner and was expecting us to arrive there to be shown where the villa was so was not on site when we arrived. A small misunderstanding from a conversation during the Greek taxi journey which was probably mine, but worth being aware of.
I would definitely use this again

Brilliant, secluded villa, but walking distance to amenities and beach
Excellent villa, well equipped. Lovely grounds and pool. Cleaners came every few days which was above expectations. Mosquitos were a problem but nothing anyone had control over. Overall a fabulous holiday would definitely recommend.

Highly recommended.
We stayed at Villa Leda for two weeks in July 2017, and I would highly recommend it.
A very peaceful location but within 15-20 minute walk along the sea front to the busy town of Sidari. The Wave restaurant is close by and the food there was delicious. The manager of the Wave also manages the Villa Leda and is always on hand to answer any questions or give tips for days out.
The pool is beautiful and the large private garden has plenty of shade if needed.
The house was cleaned thoroughly every three days along with a change of bed linen and towels.
We had hired a car and I would advise doing this if you want to find quieter beaches away from Sidari. There is a lovely sandy beach about a ten minute drive away with Tavernas above the beach.
Excellent communication from the owner prior to our holiday was also very useful.
I would definitely stay here again.

Not as it seems
As much as it,s a very nice villa in a lovely rural location the pictures advertised are not up to date.
Villa sleeps 10 people and has 4 shower rooms The bedrooms are ok but the beds are extremely hard The shower/toilets are very small. The dining atrea is spacious but the lounge only has enough room to seat 7 people. The kitchen area is very small and there is NO workspace to prepare food. The only cupboards in the kitchen are used for crockery and there is nowhere to store food. This is because half of the kitchen is taken up by a massive staircase to the two downstairs bedrooms. It may sleep10 but there is not enough space in the rest of the villa to accommodate that many.
The most disappointing thing about this villa for us was the garden. The picture you see advertised is nothing like it is now The garden is very overgrown and you can see very little of the villa from the same spot as the advertised picture. In the other reviews it states a 'well maintained' garden. This is not true. The pool ares is lovely but the pool is cleaned every couple of days if you are lucky. 6 of us were staying here and it should have been cleaned every day. When 3 days had passed, the pool was very cloudy with lots of leaves at the bottom and we had to go to the manager at 'Wave Bar' and ask them to send the pool man. He only does the water as well. We had to sweep around the pool each day to clear the leaves ( presumably the gardeners job who we never saw in the 2 weeks that we were there) The little shaded area by the pool is a lovely idea due to the long grass we found it a haven for mosquitos so we're unable to use it. It would have been lovely to have some umbrellas around the pool for shade. There are a lot of trees but again very long grass so more mosquitos. The maids did a wonderful job but we found it a bit strange that they came in the afternoon on the day before we left.
It's a real shame as with a lot more attention to detail this could be the perfect villa. It feels like they've sacrificed everything to squeeze 2 more bedrooms in. We've booked through owners direct before and got exactly what was advertised so we feel duped this time. We would not have booked this villa as it is now.

Fantastic villa
We have just returned from a 2 week holiday at Villa Leda and we had a fabulous time. Although the villa is a 20 minute walk from the main Sidari strip it is located in a beautiful garden and the quieter location was perfect for my family. The villa is managed by the family that own the nearest restaurant called The Wave and this was a huge bonus. They were always easily accessible to answer any questions about the location and were prepared to help in any and every way.
All in all a very good villa with exceptional service and management.

I stayed in this property with my friends for summer vacation. THe description of the listing is accurate and true. The house is very comfortable situated in a very well cared garden. IT has nice terraces overseeing the garden and the sea. T
