Easy booking, very good value, parking all around, 15/20 min walk into Chester or Taxi. Pub on same road with outdoor area did the best steak and ale pie. Lots of Cafe's and shops. Would stay again.

The bed wasn’t comfortable an d felt like it was leaning and the Wi-Fi didn’t reach our two rooms

Location was great, quick walk into the centre. Everything was super clean and was such great value for money. Really lovely hosts too
No complaints at all!
4.1
Good location for town and main roads access, handy facilities nearby. Room a good size overall and inhouse facilities acceptable
Very noisy as it's on a main road.
Parking a bit hit and miss and other places to park very few and far between as the property is on a road full of other hotels & B&B's.
Room service went downhill towards the end of my stay and the bin wasn't emptied once whilst I was there.
Also, wasn't sure if I could use the facilities on offer, i.e the kitchen.
Room security wasn't the best either and the shower was a bit dodgy, as in it took a couple of attempts to get power to it and the enclosure was a bit strange !!!!
Finally, seems the heating was turned of for most of my stay or on at stupid times, not when needed

Fell through bed twice a night as the latts wasn’t screwed couldn’t fit in the shower as was made for a dwarf
4.1
Only a 20 minute walk into town.
The bed wasn't the most comfortable or sturdy, the room was very small and walking through the hallway for the shower/toilet wasn't the most pleasant.
4.1
really nice people running and maintaining the place. the building was an old and quaint one. I liked it.
4.1
Room setup and bathroom was fine.
The only minor point to mention was that I couldn't lower the bedroom window blind which meant that I woke earlier than necessary
