About this villa rental
The villa is completly private and not overlooked by anyone. It is also fully furnished consisting of 1 double room with en-suite bathroom and one twin room, both rooms have patio doors which open out to the front area, which have panaramic views of the Pissouri gulf.
The villa also benefits from having a private swimming pool in an enclosed mature garden. The property is registered with the Ministry of Tourism and conforms to all local laws. Pissouri village is a 4 minute walk away. Paphos and Limassol both about a 30 minute drive away. Both have places of archaeological interest. Aphrodite Hills Riding Club and Aphrodite Hills Golf are worth a visit as is a trip to My Mall and the Kings Avenue Mall. Eleouthkia Park and Fasouri Watermania Waterpark is also great for younger visitors. One can also seek an adventure with mountain biking and hiking trails in the nearby areas.

Second stay at this fabulous villa, excellent accommodation, lovely pool area and garden.
Very generous welcome pack and great communication with the owner.
Short 5 min walk to village with nice Tavernas and several bars, they have recently introduced Greek night on Fridays in the square which had a great atmosphere. Have booked this villa again for a third time.

An outstanding villa - superb in every way. Very clean, welcome shop on arrival, everything provided and within an easy stroll to the village, where there is a great selection on tavernas run by local people, who are very friendly and genuine. Booking and communication was easy. Our third stay here won’t be our last.

Perfect villa so close to village square and bars and restaurants. Quiet location. Private villa and pool - not overlooked. Owner there at anytime if you need him and welcome pack was great too 😊 would def recommend.

The property was very well appointed and spotlessly clean. Unlike many rentals we have stayed in in the past, this one had everything you would need, including things like dishwasher tablets, salt and pepper, olive oil, bin liners. Indeed, my sandals broke when we were there and there was even superglue with which to mend them.
Communication with the owner, Stelios was excellent and always timely.
Additionally, as we arrived late in the evening after all the shops and restaurants had closed and in the middle of the Orthodox Easter holiday, the host provided us with the most comprehensive welcome pack I have ever encountered, for which we were very grateful.
We loved the property and the island of Cyprus and sincerely hope to visit again in the not too distant futurer.

3rd stay in this villa, Stellios is an great host always leaves us an excellent welcome pack.
The villa is spotless and has every piece of crockery glasses and utensils you could wish for. The garden and pool area are beautiful and well maintained.
The location is great within easy walking distance to the village with a great range of eating places.
Can’t recommend it enough if you like a quiet village away from the commercial areas of Paphos & Limassol.

A fantastic villa with magnificent sea views from its upper balconies, and a lovely private swimming pool located within a well appointed garden. It’s located within a quiet neighbourhood has ample parking and easy access. The villa is very well equipped, is clean, tidy and obviously well maintained. It’s located within easy walking distance from the wonderful village centre, and its high location allows it to benefit from the cooling sea breezes in the afternoon and evening. It has air-con throughout, modern appliances, and good wi-fi. Stelios and his wife are excellent hosts, and we cannot recommend them or their villa more highly. Thank you both.

We could see why Stelios has so many returning guests. It ticked all the boxes for us. The villa was spotless, exceptionally well equipped and comfortable. Beautiful totally private pool in quiet location but in walking distance to village amenities. Thank you Stelios for your hospitality

A very clean and well equipped villa. Great position in the village close to all amenities. Very helpful host who was always on hand if required. Extremely private and well maintained garden and pool. Have stayed in many Pissouri villas in the past and this is one of the very best. A most enjoyable and relaxing holiday.

The villa was even better than expected.......Finished to an high standard with everything you possibly need.
Added extra's of food items, drinks & shower gels were left in for our arrival. All your everyday items you need such as tin foil, food bags, washer & dish washer liquids.....basically everything you would have in your own home is available there.
The place was exceptionally clean with plenty of towels to use.
The pool and outside area was just lovely to be in.
I can not fault the villa what so ever!
It was our first time in Cyprus and we loved it, more so with staying in such a lovely villa.
We would love to return in the future and stay in this villa again.

We stayed for one week in April. We arrived very late and were delighted that Stellios had left more than basic food supplies, which really helped us. The villa was beautiful, spotlessly clean and had everything we could possibly need. The pool was cleaned twice in the week and the whole pool area was beautifully kept. Unfortunately, we didn't meet Stellios, but communication before and throughout our stay was perfect. There are many excellent restaurants, within walking distance, in Pissouri and more a very short drive away, at Pissouri Beach. Our favourite there was Kastro, which we highly recommend. Thanks Stellios, for a lovely holiday.

Both the house and the garden have a nice ambiance. The house was very clean and comfortable. The modern kitchen has all the facilities you need to prepare your meals. Also the barbecue was a nice addition and worked very well. The bedrooms have shades to keep the sun out and the bathrooms have everything you need.

Beautiful Villa excellent location
Excellent villa with a beautiful garden/ pool area. Facilities were brilliant everything you could ever want and a lovely welcome pack for when you arrive late as we did. As good as I remembered
This was our second stay at the villa and, as the title states, it was just as good as I remembered. The changes made to the outside area - a shady pergola just outside the dining room and an outdoor kitchen, meant that we spent all hours of daylight outside, and subtle lighting allows the area to be used after dark as well. Stelios is a great host - any queries and questions are dealt with promptly and the provisions left in the fridge are enough to keep you going until you can make a trip to the supermarket. Thanks for letting us share your lovely home and who knows, we may even make it for a third visit!

Absolutely stunning villa!
This was a beautiful villa, inside and out, it had everything you could possibly want, real home from home but with extra everything! The village is wonderful the stroll to which is just minutes. Booking for next year already!

The Villa is excellent in respect of all things, location was extremely quite without being remote, As indicated there are several good/excellent eating and drinking establishments within walking distance, the Villa was very clean on arrival with a well stocked kitchen everything you could ask for, bread and milk already stocked in the fridge which was welcomed on arrival. The bedrooms and toilets again very clean and quite in the evenings. The pool area was exceptional in its layout and facilities, lovely just to lay in the sun to relax with a dip in the pool when to hot. Would not hesitate to recommend the Villa to all friends and family and would thank Stelios for a great time my wife and I had during our stay.

Top class villa in prime location
This lovely villa is everything you could want from a holiday home - and more. On our arrival everywhere was spotlessly clean, with good quality towels and bed linen. Lots of provisions had been left for us in the fridge. The outside area is stunning with a lovely garden and pool area, along with excellent garden furniture. The villa is in an excellent position in the village being in a quiet area but no more than a 10 minute stroll to the centre of the village where there are some great restaurants, our favourite being The Bunch of Grapes. We would certainly stay here again.

Relaxing holiday
We had a really relaxing week. The house was spotlessly clean with high quality fixtures and fittings. The outside space and pool were just the same and we enjoyed lots of time just relaxing in the garden or in the pool. The beds were very comfy and the kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The little touches made all the difference - lots of towels (beach and bath), toiletries, washing up liquid, tea, coffee and essentials in the fridge (milk, water, bread, ham, cheese etc). The main village square is less than a 5 minute walk and we enjoyed lots of evenings eating beautiful food in the various restaurants and drinking cocktails in the little bar! Lots of beaches to explore, an easy 30 min drive (at the most) from Paphos and amazing sunsets - a perfect holiday!! Thank you!

hello guys. my wife and 2 boys, arrived at the villa in july 2014, and we Really felt spoilt, it was Fantastic, the villa inside was well decorated, CLEAN and FULLY Equipped with What ever you need.
Outside with its own pool and fantastic Garden, and furniture, was where we spent 90% of our time,The owner was great, popped up and cleaned the pool weekly, and was Very Helpful with what ever we needed,
the Location is also Perfect 10 min stroll to the Lovely Village with the VERY Friendly locals, Bar and handful of restaurants is IDEAL, i would RECOMMEND this Villa all day long. this will now be our holiday home every year , thank you ,

How to find villa in the dark
We cannot recommend highly enough the villa and the position it is in with easy access to the wonderful village of Pissouri and we will definitely return. However we will be able to find it having now been there. We arrived in the early hours of a morning with an address but no directions. The road signs are behind bushes and the few people around at that time didn't appear to know where it was. The landmark you need is the Giraffe Pub which is on a corner. The pub is on a junction of 3 roads (the one you are on and 2 others.) You need the steep descent that looks more like a track and will be unlit but is actually a road and is lit round the corner. The villa is the the second building on the right having gone round the right hand bend. Enjoy.
