Quiet, comfortable and close to the city with plenty of parking and helpful
It’s not a negative as the property is being upgraded and the refurbished units are very good

the bed was comfortable, and the room appeared to be clean, and they also had a cat
The owner. Look on reviews, she is extremely rude and hostile. She assaulted an elderly man not too long ago at her motel.
With me, she verbally assaulted me on text.
Underneath the beds, there is some unknown material that has been pilling for a while, I'm not sure what it is but from the looks of it, it gets swept underneath the bed in the cleaning process.

Clean and cozy.
Perfect location and quiet!
The host Melissa was very welcoming and made my late check in easy. I was taken back by how quiet and peaceful this place was. I slept like a baby overnight. Had ample energy to explore Bendigo by day. The units are well maintained, clean and cozy. There is a nice courtyard in between perfect for an evening tipple. Though I didn’t get to use the pool it was well maintained and presented. I would recommend this place and will return soon.

Nothing to say. My needs were absolutely met

Clean, comfortable. No frills but surprisingly well appointed.
No hot water due to neighbouring guests using it all.... but host was wonderful and offered us a code to another room. Hot water was fine in the morning.

Newly refurbished apartment, good space, fab shower and clean comfortable bed with quality bedding Pool and outside area a plus. Great value for money.
The sink at the kichen area was very aesthetically pleasing but lacked a little funtionality.

Our accommodation was spotlessly clean with a good layout. Room contained a large double bed and single bed along with a comfortable couch and a small table with 2 dining chairs. The room came with a microwave, toaster and kettle :enough cutlery, cups etc for 2 people. An extremely warm welcome by the host. This was backed up with good communication prior to our stay. Whilst we didn't use the pool, it did look very inviting and was being used by other guests.
Location is relative to one's needs. If you have a car it is worth the slightly further distance from the city centre. At most it is only a 5 minute drive or so to the central area. I think we have found our happy spot on our visits to Bendigo. The layout of the rooms at the back of the original Cobb and Co staging post and later hotel, create a pleasant relaxing feel.
The only thing that we could possibly recommend is to provide a tea towel along with the dishwashing liquid and sponge that is already supplied. That way any used dishes etc that are used and washed can either be dried and put away or can be left on the tea towel to drain if being rinsed to be used again.
