Very good

Staff were very friendly and gave us good tips on what to see in Bordeaux Cosy room, clean bathroom

Think twice before booking

The room was fine

Lack of helpfulness from staff. Parking at rear had too walk good distance with bags etc because they wouldn’t open the rear gates. Place was long way from and facilities.

Location far from city centre but tram stop by the hotel. Its ok for the price

No chopping board and sharp knife in the kitchen.

Fabulous stay

Wonderful hotel. Very cheap. Clean and modern. Room included a kitchenette.

The only thing that could have been better was location. Tram stop is literally right out the front but it’s about 25 mins into the city center.

Perfect location near the center of Bordeaux

An ideal place to stay in a hotel and feel at home. There is a kitchen right in the room where you can cook almost anything. Very original design. Good parking nearby.

The Internet was not connected, or was very slow.

Perfect hotel for the price. You’ve got clean and modern studio with bathroom and kitchen. Quiet area with contemporary architecture. Tram station right down the building.

Staff were great, location was great for me heading to Spain and this was just off ring road of Bordeaux. Free parking. Very clean.

Air vent in bathroom stayed on all night. Was on 4th floor on a Friday night and some youths were in the corridor talking, laughing, banging doors, drunk at 2am...bad experience.

The property is situated just out side the main town easy to find and they have a car park underneath the hotel very good

I got there a bit late about 9pm no food on and poor selection in the vending machines

The localization.

The reception was not friendly. The ground in the studio was not clean. There are not enough utensils for cooking and dining for two people. There was only one medium towel and one small towel for two people. The elevator was out of order, as was the kitchenette exhaust. The bed had no comfort and made a lot of noise when I moved.
