Would never use this hotel again

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast had a good choice of food and the area was very clean.

The room had dirty areas where the walls met the floor. My husband had more bites when he left than when he arrived. We even considered sleeping in the car.

Where not to stay

Nothing poor value

It was so damp water was running down the walls,It was so cold and miserable Luckily for us we had large Halogen heater with us ,which we had to leave on all night to try and dry the place out.Disgusted will never stay again.

i had stayed at one of these hotels before in la rochelle, and it was good if basic, so i didn't check the reviews first. the room was very very small there was a smelly external ashtray directly outside our room the rubbish bins in the areas outside thebuilding were full and overflowing there was a deep layer of dust on the lamps, and also large cobwebs the bathroom was plastic and stained with cigarettes - the sink appeared to include ashtrays...

it served our purpose

location, clean.

when we booked in the receptionist told we had booked for two adults not three. We had to pay for a bigger room. In the morning when going to breakfast the am receptionist asked for our room numbers when I gave her one room number she for the other room number. I explained the situation when we booked in. She said but you booked two rooms. Don’t know what the evening receptionist was doing but clearly didn’t do our booking correctly.

Good for people on the road.

Price, easy to get to if you come by car, a big shopping center next door, private parking. Breakfast OK.

The area around the hotel, very industrial, next to the motorway, really meant for a stopover for travelers, as evidenced by all the vans on the parking in the evenings. Minimal bathroom.

Great location and good value

Excellent value and cheerful staff. Convenient for an overnight stop when driving from Spain to the UK. Simple but adequate and comfortable.

Bathroom is very small - effectively a wet room - but has all that you need.

Smelly room!

As above the bed. Great location for travellers

Heater did not work. Soap dispenser broken. TV kept freezing. Poor WIFI and the worst thing the room reeked of cigarette smoke. On the positive side the bed was very comfortable .
